This is a highly unusual, one-of-a-kind, lovingly handbuilt camper van and tiny home. It is with a very heavy heart that I list this camper (my baby!) for sale – but due to a change in life circumstances, she just doesn’t get the use she once did. I feel she should go to a home where she’ll be loved – I am in no rush to sell as finding the right buyer is essential.
It is incredibly spacious, functional and comfortable for its size due to the exceptionally thoughtful design. The build quality is superb, taking 8 months of hard work to complete – with all wood and metalwork created bespoke, from scratch, to a very high standard. No expense has been spared in building this rig, and the base vehicle was meticulously sourced.
It was built to be lived in full-time and travelled in long-term, and has traversed Europe with ease – always reliable, no breakdowns, faults or problems whatsoever throughout its life.
In short, this little home on wheels is warm in the winter and cool in the summer, has an extra large 115L fridge-freezer capacity, oven and hob, indoor shower, 480W solar array, battery to battery (drive) charging, 320Ah lithium leisure battery and huge off-grid electrical capacity. Underneath is 120L of water storage and 25L of LPG with exterior fill points. It boasts a premium stainless steel, ceramic tile and Norwegian birch plywood interior with bespoke upholstery by Jody Gray. A Truma Combi 4E boiler, Anevay Shepherd cast-iron wood burning stove, and copious storage make this camper exceptionally comfortable and capable year-round, on both long trips and weekends away.
It comes with a brand new Propex full habitation check certificate – ensuring gas, electric, and plumbing are all safe and working as they should – there is no damp or leaks, all fixtures and fittings are tight and properly secured. Essentially total peace of mind, knowing everything has been professionally checked over by an accredited engineer.

Water and Gas:
– Truma Combi 4E gas and electric boiler – instant hot water and central heating
– John Guest 12mm push fit pipework throughout and original fittings. Inserts and collars used on all joints to ensure long-term protection against leaks.
– Triple filtered water: Tank mounted Ceramet filter, in-line ceramic-carbon filter and General Ecology Nature Pure QC water filter (with dedicated faucet) provide cleaner, safer water than you have at home. General Ecology system worth £420 – capable of filtering the tiniest of particles including protozoa, cysts, fungi, hormones, pesticides, bacteria and more.

Heating and Cooling:
– MaxxAir fan, clear smoke tint positioned over the shower and hob, serving as an extractor fan and can blow cool air in on hot days. Remote.
– Anevay Shepherd stove – 1.8kw cast iron wood burner – beautiful little unit with striking chimney and spark arrestor which attracts admirers wherever it goes. Can heat the space to the mid 20 degrees C within half an hour, burning very cleanly with compressed logs, and can hold heat all night without needing to be reloaded. It’s not an overstatement to say I LOVE this wood burner – it dries out wet clothes and wetsuits, prevents damp and condensation, and creates a cosy ambience which is impossible to replicate with any other heat source. The difference between this dry heat source and gas or diesel is remarkable and makes tiny living a real joy. I will miss this the most.
– Handmade aluminium heat shields with air gaps and a large exterior air intake vent ensure there is always enough oxygen for both you and the stove, and the surrounding surfaces are safely cool to touch. All minimum clearances have been observed and assessed by an independent stove installer for safety.
– Google Nest carbon monoxide and smoke alarm ensures you are protected while inside the motorhome, and alerted via your smartphone if an incident occurs while you are away, protecting your asset.
– Large under-stove wood storage area, log bag and firelighter jar.
– Extra large magnetic stainless steel heat shield and bungee rack. I used this for magnetic spice jars (pictured) and to store my axe and wood burner tools.

– Dometic Midi Heki large double-glazed skylight above the bed which is incredible for stargazing. Lets loads of light in while being thermally efficient & fully openable. Used in conjunction with the Maxxfan, creates a convection current to quickly cool the van on hot days. Integrated blackout blind and fly screen.
– Four large top-hinged/sliding Dometic Seitz S4 double glazed windows with integrated fly screens and blackout blinds.

This table top pops off easily and forms the kingsize bed base by slotting snugly into the two aluminium rebates in each bench seat. The bed can be made in full in under 3 minutes.
