Citroen relay
This is a 2005 Citroen , diesel with a manual transmission . Engine runs smoothly and I’ve never had any issues with it . MOT pretty new with an expiry of July 2023! 5 gear drive. Bodywork looks good for her age a few dings here and there but cosmetic only . I have lots of receipts and service history that where given to me by a previous owner, I’ve only had her 4 months and was planning on going around Europe in spring but I’ve been offered a job in Japan so I’m gutted to see her go I just can’t leave her sitting for a year .
This is my Citroen relay 2005 names ‘Rosie’ as the cab is sprayed red and cream . She’s a beautiful van conversion and I had great fun living in her this summer . She has a full sized double bed with garage space underneath. The front I used for clothes and dry food and the back I used for my cooking / camping gear and cool box (has a 12 out putter in the garage space for this) the garage space also had a shelf that you unbolt which is perfect for cooking on . It’s fitted with a simple electrical plumbing system with a sink and tap – you just need a small grey and water waste tank under the sink and it’s good to go . It has a diesel heater for cold nights and a electric fan vent for if your cooking inside . Beautiful cladding with spotlights , two usb outputters for charging phones etc and the van has three 12v outputters two in the cab and one in the garage space . Also has lots of storage in the format for your clothes etc and under the sink for cleaning supplies , a bin and stuff . The van when I bought it was hooked up to a 100w solar panel . This has been disconnected for the winter to allow me to fit under height bars in car parks ( a pain , the vans 2 meters but with the solar it’s about 2.3) . However it will still come with the van and is easily re attracted the wiring is still there it just needs to be plugged in and re connected . I’ve taken £100 of the initial asking price because of this . Once hooked up the van runs on solar self sufficiently you don’t need to touch it . The van is also fitted with a leisure battery inverter – so it chargers and stores electric whilst driving the van which is what I’m using currently . Port holes and back window for lots of natural light . The van fits into a regular sized parking space and I’ve never been disturbed when parking up or alder to move on . Currently using as my everyday run around so the missus will go up a bit . However it’s been cared for and has a king MOT . I’d love it to go to someone who’s going to treat it well and have adventures in it ! I am moving to Japan for a year so I’m sad to see her go but I don’t want to leave her sat on the drive .
Cam belt water pump and clutch done last year –
Full sized double bed with a new memory foam mattress that’s very comfy
