This van has been lovingly built using reclaimed and recycled timber filling the van with character along with the practicality of all the best spec utilities for an off grid adventure van.
The base van is in great condition with little to no marks to the bodywork, runs and drives perfectly with no mechanical issues.
The van includes DAB Radio, Bluetooth Stereo, Euro 6 and London ULEZ congestion zone compliant, electric windows, tyres in good condition, cruise control, alarm, immobiliser, air conditioning. MOT until January 2024.
Built using reclaimed materials wherever possible that have been painstakingly restored to its new life. A few sheets of ply were required as extra which are FSC certified.
With sustainability always at the forefront of our build we don’t like to see anything go to waste, no skip can be passed now without looking for timber to incorporate wherever we can.
High end utilities have been installed for the best efficiency and ease of use, capable for whatever the adventure.
Built by a skilled team initially trained in Architecture, Carpentry, Mechanical and Electrical engineering and now van conversion experts.
Electrics- All electrics supplied by Victron electronics which include, Shore power connection, 12v electrics, LED strip lighting, Battery monitoring, 2x 250Ah AGM batteries, 350W solar array, 30A battery to battery charger, 240v 500W inverter, Smart Shunt, Dometic CFX3 55 coolbox-style fridge.
Water system- 80L fresh water tank, Hot and cold tap, Hot external shower, High pressure water pump.
Insulation- Wood fibre insulation board and recycled plastic bottle insulation, Silver bubble wrap waterproof membrane used throughout.
Toilet- SimpLoo fitted composting toilet, Easy to empty and clean, Smell free due to in built fan.
Heating- Truma combo 4E hot water and air system.
Ventilation- Maxxair Maxxfan roof mounted vent, Sliding opening side window.
Seating- In-built seating for 3 people around a sliding table.
Cooking- 2 burner gas hob fuelled by LPG tank.
Lighting- Colour changing dimmable LED strip lighting in ceiling and above kitchen, Reading light, Boot light.
Storage- Large amounts of storage, Boot space, Over kitchen cabinet, Large kitchen cupboards, Under seat storage, Bedside cabinet, Over bed storage.
Finishes- Reclaimed pallet wood wall cladding, Shou Sugi Ban style burned timber ceiling, Life edge ash counter top.
Warranty- 3 month warranty on all conversion elements.
