Bob started life as a factory kombi van with 2 seats upfront and 3 in the back. Now, he is a glorious campervan after having a fresh conversion completed earlier this summer. The conversion itself has never been used and is ready to be enjoyed by the new owner.
He has a 2.5 engine with 6 gear manual gearbox which means he cruises along effortlessly on long journeys and also has some real grunt behind him. The engine bay is one of the cleanest I have seen and it really does go to show how well he has been looked after over the years. This is also backed up with good service history. Being the 2.5 means Bobby benefits from not having to be troubled by a tensioning belt as he is chain driven.
Bobs bodywork is in really good condition for its age. There is no signs of any rust coming through in any of the usual places such as wheel arches and around the rear door. He does have the odd mark here and there being a 16 year old exploring machine, but there are no dents or nasty scrapes and really does look the part after a wash. He has 20โ black alloys in superb condition, and these are on a set of coilovers to give it that slightly but not overly silly lowered look. Above all, it helps contribute to a really comfortable ride.
Internally, the two captain seats come in cream leather and are in really good condition. Air con and cruise control are massive bonuses when looking for a campervan to take on those long and hot journeys, which Bob benefits from having both. He also has electric windows and mirrors, rear heated screen, sat nav and a media player.
Bobby has been converted using all brand new parts and appliances.
He has a U shape furniture setup, with sky blue units, oak worktops and table, and charcoal grey cushions. These were supplied by Van Furniture. The furniture folds out into a bed within seconds, and also has lots of storage compartments underneath that can all be accessed from inside of the van, with the rear storage also accessible when opening the tailgate.

Strictly speaking Bob is a 2 birth as he only has the 2 belted seats up top. However you can easily accommodate 3 or 4 when setup on a campsite. The U shape furniture folds out in to a double bed, and the pop top roof is a wide single bed size.
