The Onyx Summit is our flagship MWB van. We’ve carefully designing everything in this van from the ground up to create an incredibly capable adventure vehicle, starting from our own rigid subframe through to the ONYX roof rack and rear carriers, all designed in house. The van features high spec systems, chosen based on our experience from the vans and trucks we’ve built for customers over the past three years.

Summit is undoubtedly a head turner, but that’s not the only thing that sets it apart from the crowd. We’ve taken inspiration from the adventure vehicles of Germany and the USA, incorporating features to make the van more rugged and ready for real adventures.

This starts right from what you can’t see. We’ve developed a subframe for this vehicle that will ensure the build stands the test of time, allowing all our furniture to be mounted directly to it, meaning you can take this TGE wherever you want, safe in the knowledge it can take a beating. 

We’ve also opted for a true four seasons hydronic heating and hot water system from the USA, the AquaHot. The system offers instant hot water, up to 5kw of blown air heating, and a smaller footprint than most of the alternatives, freeing up valuable space within the van without sacrificing performance. 

Other features include an in house-designed roof rack, side ladder and rear carriers allowing for greater customisation, a space saving indoor shower solution, a high spec electrical system with room to grow depending on needs, and an adaptable bed to allow for different arrangements. You’ll find a consistent theme and signature design features throughout the build, ensuring a succinct visual outcome, inside and out. 

The layout allows for comfortable seating for 4-5 people in a daytime setup, or seating for 3 with the king size bed setup, meaning you can still be chilling out or making a cup of tea whilst the bed is fully made up. Seating can also transform into an L-shaped sofa for lounging or into a dinette layout whilst eating. 

Finally, we are offering a turn key package with this van, including £3,000 of high quality kit that you’d need to take with you on your first adventure, from crockery and Yetis to Helinox chairs and a fire pit, all with designated places in the van to store them, rattle free.
