Low milage, freshly converted camper with fold up double bed

The van has been professionally converted to a high standard using A/A grade Siberian Birch ply throughout, no MDF or chipboard. All exposed edges being polished and sealed. The surfaces have been laminated in grey to compliment the sunburst yellow of the worktops and top lockers. There is a gas locker with floor vent, this has been put facing the door so that the gas can be changed with minimal intrusion into the van.
A Dometic hob and sink combinational are built into the worktop behind the bulkhead with plenty of workspace to the side for food preparation, the fresh / dirty water containers are stored underneath. There is a good capacity built in fridge freezer unit, again by Dometic to keep food fresh while on the road.
Two bench seats provide loads of storage space with the nearside bench housing a hideaway toilet, again positioned so that it can be emptied directly from stood outside the van.
A pull out table from the bulkhead completes the dining area, this pulls out the full length of the seating with no additional legs or supports needed as long as you are not wanting to stand on the end, (but why would you?)
A row of top lockers give additional storage while large bulky items can be stored in the under bed “garage space”.
Twin Solar panels on the roof provide additional charging for the dual leisure batteries.
230v hookup point and popup worktop socket provide power to the rear.
Fully working air-conditioning provides cool air to the front cab as well as the rear compartment.
Diesel powered eberspacher heater warms up the rear brilliantly, this has a thermostat fitted and used a minimal amount of fuel.
The bed is brilliantly simple, when in use it is pulled out over the seating area allowing the double memory foam tri fold mattress to fall into place, complete with bedding – no faffing around, just pull and hop on, just because it is a camper van does not mean that comfort should be compromised. When not required, the bed is pushed back over the garage area and with a little bit of a pull, the mattress folds back on itself allowing the seating area to be used.
I wanted a van that I could stand up in and sleep properly without having to take the van apart and rearrange furniture every-night, with the ability to be self sufficient in relative comfort. I have not tried to cut corners with the build, the timber is best quality, the table runners are weight rated and I employed a professional cabinet maker to construct the furniture. The seating has been hand sewn and the curtains hand made to compliment the decor.
Cushions and brand new unopened boxed mattress / quilt and pillows included.
