This bespoke van was professionally & beautifully converted last year, and has been a head turner the few times it was used, with quartz worktops, softwood cladding and oak additions. Additionally we have added a 175W solar panel with a Vitron smart MPPT controller, and a Dometic coolmatic CRX 50 fridge.
Unfortunately I’m selling due to the fact my son has outgrown it, however we are embarking on a new journey on building our own!
Insulation – mix of soft and hard insulation to keep cool in summer and warm in winter. A foil vapour barrier reduces solar gain and condensation making it comfortable all year round.
Electrics, plumbing and gas work – professionally installed and signed off.
4 x USB connectors, LED lights with dimmer switch
Diesel heater which is very quiet and seems to use no diesel!
2 ring propane hob
110Ah leisure battery which can be charged via the 240v hook-up, however the 175W solar panel with Vitron MPPT controller means this is rarely needed.

Garage – bed is high enough to fit 1 bike with a through axle bike mount, and the second bike slides in beside it.
Battery and all electrics including fuse box are accessible from the garage.
I have also fitted a fire alarm, carbon monoxide detector and have a small hand held fire extinguisher in the van.
This van was stored overwinter in a barn with a trickle charger on the battery.
