The van was originally used as Garage door delivery vehicle and was owned by a leasing company so it was regularly serviced and looked after. It has 6 months MOT remaining but I’m happy to get a new full year if required. It is Manual and has 6 gears. There are no mechanical or Electrical issues. The body work is in good condition- I have left it plain on the outside so you the next owner can decide if they want to jazz it up or leave a little more stealth. It sleeps 2 and It has two belted seats at the moment but if you prefer 3 seats it can revert to the original seats.
The conversion took 10 months to complete during 2021. Delays getting parts required rather than settling for inferior options made it difficult to do it quicker. The build was a labour of love and I tried to make it as comfortable as possible for a couple that might use it occasionally but also with a permanent van life option in mind. keeping the running costs down and making it a convenient was my plan and therefore, I opted to go with a full solar set up, rather than adding gas into the mix. There is plenty of storage. There is a full shower room and toilet and an outside shower unit as well. Interior held 125 litres of fresh water and under slung 70 litres of grey . Shurflo water pump. Heating to the main cabin and the rear garage area. Renogy PCL 2000w Pure Sine Inverter charger . 200ah lithium , 800w Renogy solar panels, Renogy rover 60A solar charger controller, Renogy DC-DC 40amp charger With 800 watts of solar on the roof , even on cloudy days in the UK, there is loads of power available to charge the lithium batteries. It has shore hook up and will charge from the alternator when driving as well.
Heating is provided by a diesel heater blower with a separate fuel tank. Hot water by Truma Electric boiler. 10x USB points . 8x 230v points. 2x electric ceramic hot plate. All Water goes through Filtration and secondary filters for drinking water.
All units, cabinets and draws are hand made. The van is fully insulated and vapour barriered. 1 Maxx fan and 1 roof light vent , Dometic CRX 50 fridge, Thetford C220 series Cassette toilet plumbed in. Russell Hobbs Microwave 600w.
