The kitchen has a Thetford two burner gas hob with a glass lid closing flush to the worksurface, extending the worktop space when not in use. The sink also has a lid, again extending the usable worktop space. Cold water tap with swivel and retractable head, two 20l tanks positioned under the sink with submersible pump. Solid oak worktop and pull out dining table. Plenty of storage space below the worktop and in the cabin bulkhead. All kitchen cupboard doors are push to open, and lockable when travelling. 35l Fridge/freezer located in drawer beneath the bed and can be run off 12V or 240V. LED plinth lighting and strip light beneath the top cupboard, both are fully dimmable from the kitchen light switch. Extractor fan positioned above the kitchen and openable window alongside the gas hobs. 2x USB, battery voltage sensor, and 12v 20A appliance outlet, alongside a 240v double socket available to use when hooked up to a 240v supply. All gas fittings have been professionally fitted with landlords sign off, gas is located in a gas safe underneath the hobs.
The dining/seating area has a pull out table, with storage drawer and diesel heater positioned under one bench seat, a cassette toilet and storage under the other. Two drawers either side of the table and another underneath the table provide a large amount of easy to access storage. Luxury memory foam cushions with high quality upholstery, removable via zips for easy washing. The seating area also has 4 fully dimmable spots with switch on passenger side, along with 2x USB. Located in the passenger side bench seat is a 240v double socket available to use when hooked up to 240v supply as well as a single 240v socket running off a 1100A inverter for use when off grid. Above the seating area there is an openable skylight providing light and extra ventilation.
Fixed small double bed 120cmx190cm at the rear with garage area underneath providing additional storage. 2 more fully dimmable spots in the bedroom area, controlled by separate switch, with an additional 2 USB ports.
The garage provides excellent further storage, alongside the diesel for the 2KW heater and the electrical components. 150AH AGM battery provides ample power for running the van off grid. A 20A solar charger with 2x 100W solar panels keeps the battery topped up and a 30A B2B charger charges the battery when the van is running. The leisure battery is also charged when a 240V supply is available. All 12V circuits are fuse protected and can be switched off via isolators. 240V electrics are run through a hook up to the rear of the van on the passenger side, fully RCD and MCB protected and signed off by a qualified electrician.
For easy cleaning LVT flooring has been installed throughout, the van is fully insulated and sealed with an additional insulative vapour barrier installed, clad with softwood with a Scandinavian style ceiling. Insulative full blackout curtains on both of the windows along with pull out step for easy access.
The van has now been weighed, 2800kg unladen.
