Cloud was previously a delivery van for a medical supply company that we converted with Wandering Wheels in 2021.
Cloud is a Peugeot Boxer L4H2 with a 2.2l engine and 6 speed manual gearbox and has been serviced every year of our ownership, the most recent being March 2024 before the hiring season kicked in, along with 2 new front tyres.
The MOT runs until 31st October 2024 and will have a new full 12 month MOT as part of the sale.
For the past 3 years Cloud has been rented out through Quirky and has some minor scuffs to the plastic trim along with a couple of small dents on the bank panel by the wheel arches.
Cloud comes with a reversing camera, DAB / FM Radio with bluetooth connection and AUX port.
Cloud is our second conversion. We were living in France, but decided to check out if there was somewhere in the UK we wanted to come back and live, so we converted Cloud to live and work for 8 months while we explored the UK. Cloud was previously a delivery van for a medical supply company that we converted with Wandering Wheels in 2021 (Quirky Approved Converter).
We worked during lockdown with Matt & Naomi from Wandering Wheels, doing our best to design our new home on the road at a distance and we loved it. Cloud has everything you could need for a holiday, because we were designing it to live in, so you can easily cook a full meal, work at the desk (sitting or standing), store pretty much anything – including bikes inside!
The bed has been raised higher to allow for space under the bed for bikes to be stored giving you comfort that your 2 wheel friend is securely locked away inside the van at all times and away from prying eyes!
Description of Beds: Cloud boasts a super comfortable custom made 20cm marine mattress with a built in memory foam layer. The bed is close to King size measuring W150cm x H185cm. The bed is above the garage space, you will need to be able to step up into the bed via step ladders.
Description of Seating: Cloud has a dedicated seating area, comfortably sitting one and for two if you want to be cosy. Both of the cab seats are on swivel mechanisms, so once turned the living space can easily seat 3 people around the adjustable Laguna table. There are two belted seats with head and arm rests in the front.
Description of Electrical Setup: Cloud is fully off grid, with two solar panels providing electricity. There are USB charging points in the seating, kitchen and bedroom areas, as well as two standard sockets also located in the seating area powered by an inverter. Cloud has 3 leisure batteries.
Cooking Equipment: Cloud boasts a four ring gas burner, unusual for a camper, so the sky’s the limit with meals you can prepare.
Water and Sanitation: Cloud has a small bathroom which houses a composting toilet and a gas powered combination shower. Cloud has underslung clean and waste water tanks providing water to the shower and kitchen. The kitchen waste does go to a separate accessible waste container. The kitchen houses a square stainless steel sink with a matt black mixer tap.
Type of Heating: Cloud comes with internal thermal insulation to attach to the windows at night, keeping you snug, in colder months there is also a diesel heater which warms the space quickly.
The heater has recently produced an error code which we are looking into.
There are two electric fans / vents, one above the kitchen and one above the bed to create a good airflow. The vents have insect netting and blackout blinds on them.
Cloud also comes with a 4m Fiamma F80s awning on the outside.
