Mechanically sound just passed MOT 04.07.23 had some work completed. Needs some repair work to skylight, flue and potentially solar panel. Otherwise has good service history and lots of nice features including a new bespoke bike rack fitted last autumn. Was bought last year for 15,000. Reduced for quick sale as not needed any more
This conversion was done by a previous owner who lived in it in Scotland to the best of my knowledge. Then sold and used a a leisure van. Sold to us but no longer required. Can be used for long stay or living in. It has some repairable damage to the skylight and flue. As it was a former ambulance it has some great secure storage cabinets and the person who converted it did a nice job of flooring it and using the space. The lighting is nicely done. The painting on the outside is understated and eye catching. Needs a bit of TLC but not too much of a challenge.
