Converted Long Wheel Base Mercedes Sprinter Campervan Offgrid 2012

This is a converted long wheel base Mercedes Sprinter offgrid campervan.

I am the 3rd owner of this vehicle and am having to sell because I am moving abroad, very sad to see it go! The van was previously converted by the first owner, however since I have had it I have spent a lot of money updating and adding extras to make the van more practical, this includes turning the bed width ways and purchasing a new mattress, building a wardrobe and cupboards and also having it professionally rewired and gas tested. This work was done in August 2022, so is very up to date and new (I have receipts for work done). I can also provide all MOT and service history along with all appliance manuals and safety certificates.

Vehicle battery replaced August 2022, so basically brand new and has no issues starting even after long periods of no use. MOT done in October 2022 and everything repaired as can be seen in photos. Taken to garage on 23/2/23 to replace left wheel censor that was throwing up the ABS light, all fine now.

Faults:
– Right side wing mirror broken but useable (see pictures)
– Fresh water pipe disconnected from outside drain (just needs reconnecting).
– Parking brake light and upper brake light bulbs gone (still legal as left and right brake lights work).
– Airbag recall which can be changed free of charge at any Mercedes Benz dealership (I have the recall document).
– Couple of vents cracked in front cab (but still work).
– Couple of dents in bodywork.
