We purchased a solid base vehicle directly from the Citroen dealership.
2016 Citroen Relay L2H2 in Enterprise Spec with only 35,800 miles. Manual, 6 gears.
ULEZ exempt and EURO 6 engine.
Service history with log book – recently serviced by Citroen in March 2021 (as well as having a comprehensive 112 point check).
MOT until 22 March 2022. All advisories addressed before we purchased. Excellent condition on exterior and engine bay. Engine size 1997 . No visible rust on interior or exterior.
Citroen Select Warranty (8 months).
One owner from new (aside from dealership and ourselves). Ex-hire contract vehicle for transporting staff: well-maintained, doing short and some longer drives (Bristol to Kent), and not a work horse.
Medium wheel base so very easy to drive and park, and has speed limiter set for fuel efficiency (can be removed by Citroen).
Clean and tidy modern cab – 3 belted seats, and Enterprise Spec gives you 6 speeds, air con, rear parking sensors, electric windows, 5 colour touchscreen with Bluetooth, USB port, steering wheel controls with remote audio and cruise control.
Security – remote control locking and spare key (unprogrammed), alarm, immobiliser, ability to use Trackstar. Access from cab to rear behind driver’s seat, which also allows seat adjustment and excellent visibility out side windows when reversing/changing lanes.
Vehicle has been weighed post conversion (2780kg).
Currently registered as minibus but has all interior and exterior requirements (eg awning) to be re-registered as motorhome with DVLA.
This camper has been skillfully converted to a stylish and elegant home on wheels. It’s a high-spec, all-season, off-grid camper, with brand new appliances, electrics and awning and a landlord’s gas safe certificate. It has lovely features including gorgeous solid oak window frames, shelves and worktop, two large skylights, shaker kitchen, outdoor dining, hot shower, full-sized double bed and single bed.

KITCHEN AND DINING
• Bespoke shaker kitchen and pantry units made from high grade birch ply and solid maple frames. Includes soft close undermount drawer runners, magnetic catches, solid brass handles, solid oak worktop with hard wearing varnish, ceramic tile backsplash, and overhead shelf with brass railings.
• Furniture primed and painted in Farrow and Ball Oval Room Blue – using a spraying machine to achieve a professional finish.
• Brand new appliances: Dometic CRX50 compressor fridge, Thetford Topline double gas hob with electric ignition, Franke sink, and swivel tap.
• Handmade linen curtains and cotton seat covers, with comfy caravan-grade foam seating.
• Crafty third seat that doubles as a step up to the bed and the support for the single bed. Can also be used as an outdoor seat or table.
•. Large opening windows, skylight, and Dometic Heki roof vent.
• Bonus outdoor dining! Long pull out kitchen/dining table, and pull out step for easy access to the camper.

SLEEPING
• Sleeps three: full-sized double mattress (190cm x 135cm) with proper slatted frame. Single bed (full length 190cm x 56cm) converted from the seats (and the nook under the bed).
• Two switched reading lights with USB port in each.
• Large storage cabinet with gas struts for easy access.
• Nook on left side of bed for storing items and charging phone, kindles etc.
GARAGE
• Large garage with loads of room for bikes, hiking gear etc.
• Heavy duty rubber matting for easy cleaning.
• All gas and electrics housed neatly above and around the wheel arches.
• Outdoor hot water shower.
• Optional slide out bike rack with heavy duty runners – space for two bikes (or of course a useful easy access storage area). We can install this if requested (we have not done so at this stage as some buyers may prefer it without).
ELECTRICS
• Large 220Ah power bank: two Leoch AGM 110Ah leisure batteries with three year warranty.
• Battery monitor.
• Three methods of charging, all monitored through Victron App on your smartphone:
1. On grid: mains hook up on exterior box, connected to Victron IP22 12/15 battery charger.
2. Off grid: 160W solar panel and Victron MPPT 75/15 charge controller.
3. On the move: Victron DC-DC isolated charger 12/12-30 (charges your leisure batteries from the alternator whilst driving).
• Victron pure sine wave inverter with plug socket in dining area for 240v appliances – 250W is more than ample for charging laptops etc.
• Lovely lighting throughout, all switched independently: marine ceiling light, dining sconce, strip lighting in garage, and two reading lights.
• Double USB port in dining area, and two on reading lights.
GAS, PLUMBING AND HEATING
• Brand new Propex HS2000 heater with digital thermostat.
• Fully insulated (mix of closed cell foam, rigid foam board, Thermafleece recycled PET wool, foil vapour barrier, and cladding).
• Eccotemp tankless water heater – outdoor instant hot water shower.
• 36L fresh water tank located in the garage to serve the shower and sink. Smaller 10L waste water tank under the sink for easy access to dispose of waste water at appropriate sites – we find this the best way to store and deal with waste water.
• Shurflo water pump and Fiamma accumulator with shut off valves.
• 6kg LPG gas bottle securely stowed in sealed gas locker which vents underneath the van – powers the hob, Propex heater, and water heater/shower.
• Landlord’s Gas Safe certificate.
• Fireangel Carbon Monoxide alarm.
• Thetford porta potti (brand new, unused) under seat.
