Fabulous - stationary - converted single decker bus in Kent - must be moved as the estate it's on is being sold. Would make a brilliant glamping unit!

Hi everyone, my partner and I are selling our single decker converted bus; it’s been a brilliant home to us for the last 5 years.

Details:

Stationary single decker Dennis bus (will confirm the model etc :)). Bought around 10 years ago from Crawley bus company as a former training bus and converted by my partner and his friend.

Includes refurbed living space, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom space with chemical toilet. There is plumbing for a shower available. Bedroom includes double bed and bunks for storage and shelves for clothing. Kitchen will come with our electric combi cooker/oven and possibly the fridge (TBC). Sink, cold water tap, storage space beneath the worktop for food, fridge etc. Plumbing from the sink directly to outdoor grey waste.

Beautiful French top-loading wood burner which keeps us toasty throughout winter!

70 gallon water tank which lasts us a week for 2 people and a doggo. It has mains electric with various plug sockets throughout the bus. Could be connected to a generator.

It’s a very spacious bus! The buyer will need to move it from the land it’s currently on just outside Tunbridge Wells. As we haven’t had need to move it, it’s currently stationary so it will need to be towed. It’s not overly obvious in the photos but it does have wheels (people in other groups I’ve posted have been asking!)

A great bus and place to call home! We’re asking £7k which is a fair price and covers the cost of purchase and renovation however we are open to sensible discussions.
