Fixed bed, shower, toilet, solar 2008 LDV maxus

For sale 2008 LDV maxus campervan conversion. Very good quality conversion with lots of room for van of this size. Electric windows, reverse camera, two full sets of keys, electric mirrors,sat nav, parrot hands free kit.
The van has had 3 former keepers on the log book, cam belt , clutch and service completed all in the last year,! All New x5 commercial grade tyres fitted 3k ago still as new, new starter battery in the last 6 months. oil, air and fuel filters and coolant/antifreeze all done approximately 3k ago. Rear brake shoes and brake cylinders replaced 3k ago. Lots of receipts for parts bought. Belted seats for 4 passengers. Tow bar with twin electrics. The camper drives as it should with no bangs and rattles and gets about 30mpg at 65 to 70 mph on the motorway. There is the usual wear and tear to be expected of a van of this age and mileage. It is 5670mm long but with spare wheel and tow bar is just under 6 metres. Width is 2383 mm to the outside of the mirrors, 1991 mm panel width. The height is 2540mm,all dimensions are from the manual .I am 5,11 and can easily stand up inside with a couple of inches to spare. This camper is perfect for driving through small towns as it fits into a standard parking space and is easy to turn around.

The camper conversion. There is a Bathroom with hot/cold shower and thetford flushing cassette toilet that has its own water tank. Fresh water tank 20 litre. There is a truma hot water boiler that can run on either 12v with gas or 240v so you can enjoy hot showers. Smad fridge that can run on 12v or 240v. Dometic 2 burner stove with sink combo. LED lighting throughout. Diesel fired 12v cabin heater. 1500w sine wave inverter installed in the last 3 months. 2 x 12v leisure battery’s that a charged from either the split charge relay whilst the engine is running or through the 150w solar system on the roof. Security locks to rear door and sliding door. Fiamma wind out awning. Full blackout thermo blinds on all windows. Both windows slide. The van is insulated on the floor, walls and roof and carpeted on the walls . In the cab area both front seats have arm rests and spin around to face the fixed rear passenger seats with the space for a table that has 2 choices of table tops. Cupboards below the sink and above the drivers cab area, small valuables safe installed. Rear fixed double bed with storage above. Below the bed is a hugh garage/ storage area with some storage cupboards and access to all gas, battery’s, electrical, boiler etc.

I have just completed a big trip around France, Spain and Portugal without fault. Spent most of the trip wild camping as the camper is fully self sufficient, so managed to save a lot of money not paying for campsites.
Only selling as have had such a good experience that I’ve now purchased a larger camper. Happy to put a new MOT on the van for the new owners, if correct price can be agreed.
