Self-build conversion by seller. This conversion has strong foundations- it just needs a finishing touch. It is completely usable, just needs tidying round the edges.
• Insulation: Fully insulated with Dodo Thermo liner and thermal fleece. Kingspan boards underfloor insulation.
• Grey Oak effect laminate flooring
• Electrics: see picture for kit purchased from Rayne Automotive for £875. All installed and working, checked by automotive electrician. Mains Hook up and Leisure battery. Wiring installed for fridge, 6 spot lights, reading light, water pump and fan. Reading light and spot lights installed only. ( see pictures). USB ports and 2 UK mains plug sockets for use when on hook up.
• Space under counter fits dometic top loading fridge (happy to negotiate separately for fridge sale).
Overall, it is a van I worked hard on and invested a lot of time and money, but ultimately, my lifestyle just does not allow it the use it deserves. I do not have the time or skill to finish to a ‘pretty’ standard, however the strong foundations of a great van are there for you to put your stamp on. Would suit someone looking for a van that just needs some finishing touches.

Bed: Ply Guys Torridon Un equal split retails for £1,100. Custom made exceptionally comfortable and hard wearing upholstered cushions. Bed converts to bench seat, and L shaped seat. Bed has two drawers under, one long that pulls out to rear of van and one small that extends towards front of van. Drawers are in place, they just need attaching to bed frame.
