Greeny is a 2014 Ford Transit Custom with a 2198cc Diesel engine. He has had 4 previous owners and comes with 2 keys and a good service history as well as MOT until January 2026. The van has a 6 Gear Gearbox with Cruise Control, Parking Sensors on the front and back, bluetooth and DAB Radio audio inputs, and a double swivel seat.
His bodywork is in great condition considering he’s been on so many adventures with no major dents or marks, the usual scuffs and scrapes near door handles etc, but really the van is in excellent condition and drives absolutely perfectly!
It is with a heavy heart that we put our wonderful van, Greeny, up for sale. We are currently making some life changes, and unfortunately, an adventure van isn’t the most suitable vehicle for us at the moment. We are seeking new owners who can give him the life he truly deserves.
Greeny has had four previous owners, all of whom have taken excellent care of him. As a result, he is in fantastic condition and runs beautifully. He’s ready to hit the road as-is, but there’s also plenty of opportunity for the new owners to personalise the interior.
The previous owner removed the bulkhead, allowing light into the back and creating a spacious, airy feel. They also added blacked-out side windows and a handy roof vent to keep the interior cool during the summer. The roof features three flush ceiling lights and is clad in lightweight wooden slats painted white, enhancing the bright atmosphere. The van has quality flooring throughout, adding to its charm.
In 2023, the electrics were overhauled by the previous owner, which included the installation of two new leisure batteries and a new inverter, providing multiple power options: 12V, USB, and full UK plug outlets. There is also a Shore AC hook-up plug located at the rear.
The central kitchen unit includes a worktop and a built-in sink with an electric tap system, supported by 12L fresh and 12L grey water tanks underneath. Please note that there is currently no gas hook-up in Greeny, as we preferred to cook outside on our gas stove or portable BBQ whenever possible.

The storage and bedframe allows for a full-length (1.8m) lay flat bed at night, or a comfy sofa during the day. The bed is made out of 3x custom-cut foam cushions, with memory foam topping that we had covered in a smart grey fabric.
