Ford Transit Long Wheelbase High Top t350

Very sad to say that I am selling my beloved 2002 Transit T350 high top, long wheel base as I am moving abroad.

While the Green Machine does have a couple of age related marks on the outside, the inside is jammed full of charm, built 100% from reclaimed wood and materials.

The interior includes;
– low power fridge
– running water with 100ltrs storage and large sink with tap
– double ring burner with large gas bottle
– 4 USB charging points
– 8 led lights
– loads of kitchen counter space & storage space
– diesel heater – works amazingly, I have lived in this van through a winter well into minus degrees
– double bed / sofa, memory foam mattress (lengthways so good for taller people)
– extractor fans back and front
– built in sound system
– plenty of standing space (I am 6ft2″ and can stand comfortably)
– internal electrics are powered by 2 x 110Ah leisure batteries which can be charged from the alternator, from the roof mounted solar panel or from mains hook-up
– long mains power cord and trickle charger included
– fully insulated and very warm in cold weather, as previously said I lived in this van through winter months which were down to -7deg!

As for the mechanics;
– mileage sitting comfortably at 97,000 (Ford Transits are very reliable up to 200,000)
– all services, MOT and maintenance carried out by Roundstone Van Centre. – – MOT until 30/3/24.

This van has only had 2 previous owners, starting life as a disabled transport van for a school and then the previous owners who converted it, meaning it’s never been overloaded or overworked by tradesmen!
The engine is absolutely bullet proof, I have never had so much as a misfire and it always starts first turn no matter the weather. Being a 2.4 diesel it will get up any slope, perfect for reaching those viewpoints and beach spots!
