Detailed Information
Vehicle Description

She’s just had a full service.
A fresh 12 months MOT will be on the van when sold.
History good.
Underneath is good. Wheel arches are not rusty like a traditional FT van this age, only a little surface rust in places.
I had the break pads and shoes replaces and the break discs cleaned.
The auxiliary belt was replaced last year.
She runs well on fuel going around 55/60mph i get around 400 miles out of the tank. Full tank costs around £110
5 Gears. All in all she’s a cracking van to drive.
Oh and she has a tow bar on the back…

Conversion Description

My beloved FT camper van. The layout is a little different to most.
I decided to put the main bedroom at the front of the van. The main point for this was that the back doors are so soft and quiet to close. As a solo mama to an 8 month old baby when i was kitting the van out i decided, that was a good option for me. The bed room is cocooned away by an arch shaped opening from the main kitchen living-room space.

The cosy double bedroom has an over head cupboard for clothing. The bedroom also has access to the front cockpit of the van through an arch shaped opening which has a sunken blackout blind. You can also gain outside access from the bedroom, using the slide door. There is also a slide window at both ends of the bed, which is great in the warmer months.

The livingroom has a 6ft long sofa which doubles up as storage. The top just lifts up. The diesel heater is also in the sofa, which works well in the cold wet months. You put your boots in there when they are damp and they come out dry and warm! Like a well thought about airing cupboard! The out let of the diesel heater is at the foot of the sofa towards the double back doors, which is also super handy for stopping any drafts and drying out wet coats and soggy shoes.

The kitchen is an L share which has a two burner hob, a 50L fridge freezer, a large sink with a foot pump for water. I heat up a kettle for washing up water. Takes no time at all. HUGE amounts of stored space. One over head cupboard. 3 shelves next to the fridge. A small cupboard directly under the fridge which also doubles up as a cool box in the winter months. A cupboard under the sink which hold 10ltrs of waste water, cleaning products and a dust pan and brush. There are also some open shelving which comes in handy for a speaker and other bits and bobs. There is a fire extinguisher in the kitchen. And don’t forget the bird watching window!

There is a HUGE amount of storage space under the bed. You can have access to that area from a small door next to the kitchen L shape. My son loves to play ‘hide and seek’ under. The gas, kitchen water and batteries are all stored under the bed.

The electric set up is 12v. I have no issue having the fridge freezer and diesel heater on all winter.I have 2 x trojan batteries, which are in good health.

The slide door give you access to the under bed or bedroom. The back doors open wide to the kitchen/ livingroom space.

This van is unique, and well designed. I am so gutted that i have to sell her. It’s going to break my heart seeing her go.
