Ford Transit mwb campervan with unusual conversion

Conversion consists of ; small double bed which lifts and stores on the side of the rear part of the van which leaves space for a dog cage for safe transport but could also be used for surfboards etc as the space available is the full length of the cargo area. Has small wetroom which includes shower and portable loo (which means not having to get out at night which is a godsend as you get older !) Shower has hot water supplied by a 20 litre tank which runs from gas or electricity if your plugged in. Both seats swivel. Has double burner and sink with hot and cold water (fresh and waste water are pumped via containers outside the van similar to a caravan). Has awning rail for 3m x 3m sun awning as in the pictures. Led 12 volt lighting, TV aerial booster. Eberspacher deisel heater (never used as always plug into site mains so untested). We use a small Alpicool compressor fridge which is great for keeping things cold but this will only be included at full price. This has been a great conversion for us as we can safely take our dogs with us. May not be ideal for the 6 footers of this world as may not be able to stand up fully and the bed may be a bit on the short side. There is a lot packed in to a smallish van that’s easy to drive.
