Full Time Off-Grid in a High Spec Medium Wheel Base Crafter 2022 Low Mileage

This campervan has been carefully designed and engineered for full time off-grid living, with no need to ever plug in – allowing for maximum energy use and ultimate comfort. High quality, durable materials have been used, and locally sourced where possible, custom crafted to suit this space.

From front to back, the space starts with the kitchen area, which also contains the HIDDEN bathroom! The bathroom is set to accommodate a composting toilet with the possibility of also including a shower (plumbing is there and ready for it). The front passenger swivel seat provides extra seating in this area, when you have visitors or if you want to keep the bed in “Bed mode”. As you move down the galley, past the kitchen, there is comfortable seating with custom made 5-inch cushions in durable herringbone upholstery. Under the seats there is additional storage and a SAFE. At the rear of the living area is the bed which exists in two modes – “Lounge mode” or “Bed mode” ! In lounge mode, you have a nice comfortable place to sit and recline and in bed mode, the base extends to join the edge of the countertops for a full, king size bed! The bed is also upholstered with durable herringbone fabric. All can be removed and washed. In front of the bed, there is a connection point and cabling for a projector and HDMI (which can be connected at low level) and a projector screen is also included!! Beneath the bed is the “doghouse” where there is ample space for a large pet or two – you could easily fit a large dog in here or two small/medium ones! This space is also accessible via the back doors and can double up as garage space. There is additional storage in the garage too. The garage neatly houses the Combi boiler and all of the electrical system.

The van contains ample storage throughout: overcab, overhead living area, low level cupboards, under-seats and in the ‘garage’. The “doghouse” allows for extra storage or for housing your best travel companion!

The lighting has been zoned and is on 2-way switches (so you can turn off most of the lights from in bed).

The kitchen contains all your home comforts, with a 2-burner hob and an oven/grill, both with 12v ignition. An 80L fridge-freezer provides a huge amount of cold storage space on the road. The kitchen also includes a compact black composite sink with dual flow tap with hot and cold water supply. The Maxx Fan, and sliding windows are great for dealing with ventilation during cooking as well as maintaining a comfortable temperature.

As well as the projector-cabling, there is also a 4G WiFi Antenna on the roof which can be connected to a 4G router which great for working on the road and remote streaming.
