The van was converted in 2020 and has been well looked after, being serviced regularly and mainly used for summer trips.
It’s very reliable with all advisories on the recent MOT repaired including a new wishbone, 2 new front tyres and a service. The van has a long MOT till June 2025 and the bodywork and underside are in good condition.
A new clutch was fitted 2 years ago and the engine and gearbox are solid with only 138000 miles. It runs well and smooth getting around 30 MPG.

A heated garage area at the back measuring 1.8m wide, 0.625m deep and 0.93m high with removable bike racks, allowing for up to 2 bikes with the front wheels removed, or 3 with both wheels removed. This is the perfect space to store and dry out your kit, so your ready for tomorrows adventure!
5KW Eberspacher diesel heater with ducts going to the main living area and garage to dry wet clothes and keep warm in the winter. Winter trips away are a new cosy experience!
The van is fully insulated too making it ideal for winter and summer trips.

70-litre Fammia water tank.
80 amp hour leisure battery with a split charger to starter battery so the leisure battery charges whilst driving.
