Pip LWB Sprinter 313 CDI boasts 6 gears and a clean engine. Pip will come with a 12-month MOT, and the last full service was conducted in January 2023. Recent updates include rear brake pad replacement and three new tires in 2023, while in 2022, the front brake discs/pads, clutch, and wiper blade set were all replaced. For added convenience and safety, a Wolfbox reverse camera/dashcam has been installed. Pip has a few cosmetic dents or scrapes, but is structurally sound.

Set the perfect lighting mood with touch dimmable lights or appreciate the natural light through the four windows on each wall. For complete privacy, custom-made blackout curtains have been added. The sliding hatch serves as a flexible barrier between the living space and the cab, also doubling as an emergency exit! The Kildwick composting toilet slides out from the living area (solids box unused). All wood surfaces have been lovingly finished with eco-friendly paint or natural tung oil, creating a toxin-free space!
Storage:
Pip offers ample storage solutions to cater to all your needs. As you step into the van, convenient hatches on either side of the step house your shoes, while additional shelves await behind the door on the front wall. A generous parcel shelf is conveniently located above the cab. The kitchen boasts four spacious drawers, a pull-out pantry, a dedicated cutlery drawer, a spice drawer, and a shelf above the cabinet. Above the bed is a versatile shelf, while four IKEA boxes underneath provide easy access to your belongings. Need to transport surfboards? Pip has you covered with dedicated storage space that accommodates boards up to 7ft 2. Alternatively, convert the area into a large storage box accessible through the bench seat. Two additional storage hatches beneath the bench seat offer the perfect spot for logs, blankets, or yoga mats, and a small hatch beneath the wood stove keeps kindling and firelighters within reach.
Gas/Electrics:
Unleash the full potential of off-grid living with Pip’s exceptional gas and electrical setup. A sizable 30L underslung LPG gas tank ensures you rarely need to worry about refills. The Thetford Duplex Oven/Grill and Thetford 922 Gas Hob cater to all your cooking needs. The professionally sized VICTRON system, easily controlled via the Bluetooth SmartShunt on your phone, empowers you with year-round power. Two 165Ah AGM Victron Batteries (330Ah combined) efficiently draw energy from the 360W solar panel and DC-DC charger (220W), or connect to a 240V mains hook-up for ultimate flexibility. The Victron MultiPlus 12/800 delivers power to two 230V plugs or charges devices through four 5V USB ports. Other electric devices include a 50L KF50 fridge/freezer, Maxxair MaxxFan with remote control, and a 2kW diesel heater connected to the main fuel tank.
Water:
Experience the freedom of self-sufficiency with Pip’s water system. The 125L water tank ensures you have ample supply and is positioned between the rear wheels for optimal weight distribution and improved braking. A Surflo 30psi pump and accumulator, fitted with convenient John Guest speed-fittings throughout, power the water system. The kitchen tap is extendable and features two modes, allowing it to swivel out the window for an additional shower option. The sink is equipped with a 20L waste tank, giving you the choice to retain the waste water or easily drain it outside the van with a simple faucet turn. For a blissful warm outdoor shower experience, the Camplux instant heated shower is conveniently mounted on the back door.
