It drives perfect as it’s just had a gearbox rebuild a new clutch and flywheel at 178000miles and a new starter motor at 170000 miles it has 400 watts of Mono-crystalline solar for the 24 / house plugs power and 120 watts for the 12v power system it also has a Victron Orion drive charger that charges the batteries as you drive
The van drives really smooth and there are no problems with that.

DAYBED DINNING ROOM :

This daybed sits at 6ft long so that it can be transformed into a third bed with overhead lights controlled by Alexa .

It seats 4 comfortably and when down we have sat 8 people in this van

The table it’s self is on a marine telescopic leg that is manually moved up and down

The window ledge and backs to the daybed will be removed and replaced for again for a backing of your choice preferable something to match the kitchen top this work is included in the price

There are 5 usb sockets for 12v appliances
Also 2x 24v sockets for larger equipment

Underneath the daybed seat was were our lovely little bunnies lived and so it is now an empty space but we are willing to put in whatever you would like to replace that .

BEDROOM AND WARDROBE :

The bed comes with a double Simba mattress brand new

It is headed with a teal cushioned headboard and two over head lights controlled by Alexa

The bed is surrounded by a custom storage space for books plants or anything of your choosing accompanied with an opposite wall with the switches for the lights (12v and 24v)and a lovely wallpaper

The wardrobe has a pull out hanger rail for shirts or tops , below is a him and hers drawer set .

Above in the top of the wardrobe is a laundry area .

Beneath the bed in the living space is also a large hi and hers pull out drawer set with a step up to the bed this is located next to the diesel heater outlet controlled by a 12v display in the wardrobe with plenty of cable for you to position it .

There is a total of 4 sockets with one being used for the tv that is a Samsung 24 inch tv (included )

SHOWER AND PLUMBING

The shower is a 6ft2inch tall and 60×60 basin it comes with a rainfall shower head and a small body sprayer .

It has been lined with a water proof tile effect vinyl wall and fully water proofed with marine standard primer all finished of with silicone .

The water is instantly hot and is provided by an imass hot water heater this is gas controlled and on the 12v system , along with 220 ltrs of water and a under slung gas canister this is an easy shower to use and use for a good period of time before the water runs out ,me and my wife showered everyday for a week and we just ran out on the Sunday .

The water I supplied by a water sure flow pump and accumulator you can adjust the pump if wanted but we have found a good setting for the pressure we needed

To fill the van you will have a 100m flexi hose that can be pulled to any water point / tap to fill up it usually takes 10 mins to fill from the mains

There is no grey water tank the pipes are in place if you were wanting to add a grey tank we have used a grey tank that is portable and the worked great

LIGHTING :

the ceiling has 6x spot lights
The kitchen has 3x Alexa controlled spotlights
The shower has 1x Alexa controlled spotlights and led string lighting the full hight of the shower
The daybed has 1x Alexa controlled spotlights
The kitchen has 1x mood lighting under counter
The bookshelf has each shelf with a light
Finally there is an outdoor light

ELECTRICS AND SOLAR BOX :

We have designed the van to be on 2 separate systems so that there will always be power

First is the 12v system with 1x 120ahAGM battery that has 120 watt solar leading to a MTTP solar charger , it is then all fixed on a 12v fuze pack to all switches and lights

24v system is a 120ah 24v battery cell with 400 Watts solar leading to a ICONICA 3000 watt inverter 50a solar charge controller and battery charger 3 in one unit .
This then goes to a house hold fuse box that controls all outputs

The roof box we added ourselves costing £1500 it’s a lightweight aluminium frame and plated box with solar and decking on ,The solar is also on linear actuators allowing for tilt in the evenings to catch low sun .

It also doubles up as 7 meters of storage included with the box is 2x roof bags to store items in

CAB :

The cab is not complete but 50% complete with new c class Mercedes’ seats with electric adjustment

In between the seats is a large table with cup holders for comfortable travel and storage of the power systems this is also used for the access to the living space

There is mood lighting a power monitor and a new charger system for phones

The floor has been carpeted and could be easily replaced if you wanted to change it

GARAGE :

The garage is large enough to store snowboards or skis also tables chairs and so on it has been finished with grey flooring and an edge trim
