C1 license is needed to legally drive this. This is easily attainable via a two day training course with a cost of approximately £750. I did mine with Bridgend driver training.
The Vehicle:
2005 iveco Eurocargo
Powerful 4 Litre Diesel Tector engine
Power Steering (easy to drive and handles like a regular large van)
Gets approx 22 MPG
Cruise control
Cruises happily at 56MPH
Right hand drive
Low mileage at just over 200.000 miles
(this has the brilliant Tector Engine which is reliable and will go on for close to 750k+ miles + when maintained well) no Ad blu to worry about. Simple mechanical engine.
Amazing air disc brakes all round . Plus exhaust brake.
6 good condition tyres with lots of tread
Runs flawlessly and has plenty of MOT with zero advisories. Solid body work on vehicle and solid chassis. Also keep in mind the house box body is removable if you ever wanted to change base vehicle.
Ex Network Rail Truck. With a professional made Alphatec conversions composite box body. Not a thin cheap delivery truck box body. This is made to last.
It has been looked after. The box would benefit from a fresh paint job. I have factored this into my reserve price.
