2012 White Mercedes Sprinter 313 CDI Diesel LWB with high roof
Affectionately known as Barbara…van (think Beach Boys song) we are selling our lovely white Mercedes 2012, fully off grid van equipped with everything you could need for weekend trips away or going on a long term adventure. Due to my husband’s upcoming army deployment, we sadly have to sell and are looking for someone who will lovingly take her on her next set of adventures.
We did not build Barbara…van ourselves but the workmanship is to a high standard with all internal cabling labelled as seen in the pictures.
A full service was completed on the 3rd September 2021 at 185,302 miles with new disk brakes fitted along with a new alternator (receipt can be provided for this work). MOT valid until the 29th September 2022. Mileage is just short of 186,000. Engine size 2143cc, approx 32 – 40 mpg, 6 speed manual gearbox. Gas canister is stored in own sealed cupboard with a large built in 150L water tank and other equipment stored under the bed with pull up panels to access. There are speakers in the roof of the front cab but these would need to be connected.
She is fully equipped with portable toilet, insulated shower with tiled floor and built in fan, gas oven and 2 hobs, fridge and pull out double bed. The mattresses are brand new as well as the made to measure durable covers (cost circa £1,000 and receipts can be provided for these also). She has a TV fitted as well as a built in wi-fi router, 250w solar panels and roof rack. There is also a diesel heater. New seat covers have also been added to the front cab.
Everything seen is included along with the additional extras as shown in the picture, there is a projector (van does not have a projector screen) that we did not have the chance to install which also will be included.
We did not convert the van ourselves but all wiring, cables etc are clearly labelled as seen in the pictures and has been done to a high standard The van was converted to be fully off grid so has all appliances you would expect in line with this level of conversion.
The bed is a pull out wooden frame that neatly rests over the wheel arch. When not out it sits on top of the built in frame that contains the water tank etc. The mattresses are brand new and made to measure for the length and width of the bed frame with made to measure durable zip lock covers.
