Merc 7.5 ton off grid camping truck with large garage

Large camper with large rear garage enough to carry 2+ bikes. This camper was bought with the intentions of travelling Europe but unfortunately my circumstances have changed. The truck has had a number of up grades since I purchased it including all the electrical circuits rewired with correct fuses 750w of solar added with 4 130amp hr leisure batteries. Manual change over system from electric hook up to the on board domestic generator, when either of these systems are running the batteries also are been charged. The gas system has been totally overhauled also (my job is a gas engineer) I have fitted a new proper blow heater(£600), the water heater has been fully serviced and works perfectly a new Thetford 3 way fridge has been fitted (£1200), there is a gas full size gas cooker with oven and grill the gas locker has been fitted with drop out vent also a marine bubble tester which can test for any leaks instantly. The plumbing system has been checked and tested with a new water pump and pressure vessel added the taps both int he kitchen and wash room are both new and good quality barista taps over £100 each. Shower has been rescaled and works perfectly with an extract fan above to avoid the truck steaming up.
The apholstery is in very good condition on benches and seat the floor has custom fitted carpets that could be removed as under it is a laminate floor.
There is a workshop style wind out awing on the side which I have never used but have opened it out and built and is all present with all the sides and draft skirts pegs pole all correct with a few spares, this is all stowed under the truck in lockers with plenty of extra space for loads of other bits and bobs, the locker keys all work and can lock and unlock,
The rear garage has so much storage it unreal with double opening doors 1.1m across easy fit 2+ motor bikes there is load of cupboard space also.
Slee[ing arrangement are a large single above cab easy fit 2 children u shape seating transforms into huge double/king size little table area anther child bed and finally huge super king above garage area.
Mechanically its sound runs and starts like dream had a new battery last year 6 new tyres all filters s and fluids changed I had this done with the mot which cost £2800 in total ouch !!!!!
