Mercedes Benz Camper Van - Panoramic Rear Lounge

A recently completed conversion by an experienced converter on 2016 LWB Mercedes Sprinter. The van has just the original and current owner and mileage of 166,000. Fully maintained with Mercedes digital service history, the Next “B” service due in 24,500 miles. The vehicle drives faultlessly with no known issues. Bodywork is in good condition with just one lower panel crease. Seats are in very good condition and tyres are again in very good condition with little wear.
The vehicle has been intentionally left graphics free and no awning has been fitted however both can be retrofitted at additional cost to the purchaser should they be important. The V5 continues to show the vehicle as a panel van, we are able to help in the application to change status to Motor Caravan if needed.
The vehicle has been inspected and issued Gas Safe Certification and has a certified weight of 2960kg allowing plenty of additional payload.

The van is 2 berth with 2 travelling seats, walk through the cabin door into the habitation area to find cabinetry and doors in contemporary “seagrass” tones with ceiling slatted in red cedar and oak to worktops and occasional table.
The layout of the van lends itself to multi option living with both a fixed and removable rear bulkhead allowing complete walk through or closed off when when more guest seating is required by removing cushions and partitioning. You will notice that the dining table is back rest, table and bed support!
The seating area is in a light grey fabric with non slip, removable and washable covers and transforms into a super comfortable bed of 1900 x 1750mm.
Lighting is provided by both switched and touch sensitive warm white spotlights, 240v sockets throughout and both 12v and mains USB charging.
Ventilation from both a front Maaxair Skymax vent with LED lighting and at the rear an ever popular Maaxair turbo fan with temperature control and remote.
The windows throughout the van are 80% privacy glass with opening lights to driver side rear and sliding door windows, window coverings are both curtains with complimentary cushions and roller blinds in a charcoal colouring. The bench seating gives loads of storage space in addition to the overhead lockers.
The kitchen area has plenty of work space with a flip up worktop extension, hose style mixer tap, Thetford Triplex 3 burner hob, grill and oven and Dometic 5 series fridge working on gas, electric or battery. There is ample storage, double drawers below hob, cutlery drawer and lots of cupboard space below.
Opposite, a small wardrobe with pull out hanger, above additional storage for foodstuffs or crockery and glassware. This cupboard also houses the electrical services for the vehicle with an easily removable panel.
The bathroom has the benefit of a Thetford electric flush toilet, manual thermostatically controlled shower, shower tray, basin mixer tap and a real ceramic basin. A shower curtain stores away at the rear, a small Fiamma vent provided for ventilation and low level warm air ducting for drying.
For the technical, power is controlled by a CBE control panel, giving control over both 240 and 12v, dedicated switches for the awning light and water pump, indicators for water levels and battery charging state. Charging for the 130ah leisure battery is provided by either electrical hook up, vehicle alternator whilst driving or 200w Renogy solar panel. Space heating is provided by a Propex 2000 gas heater and water by a Truma 10L gas and electric boiler.
The 6kg Propane bottle is accessible from the sliding door and is situated in its own separate gas locker.
