She has been an amazing van and we have had many adventures with her
Selling due to we have brought a house as I would of kept her
Comes with new MOT just been serviced and a years RAC cover not that you will need it but a just in case

This van is an ex delivery van but was well looked after
The van has one previous owner
It was always serviced at Mercedes but unfortunately they couldn’t release the paper work to me after buying from a company
After that I serviced it as I am a fully qualified vehicle technician
She runs and drives spot on and is very comfortable
The milage on the van is low relatively speaking as I know these engine go forever

She is a great weekend camper but I lived in the van for 3 month comfortably before buying our house
Being over 6 foot has not been a problem at all as being a high top I can stand up straight with out bumping my head every 5 minutes
There is a double bed in the back but can fit a king size
There are two storage units under the bed
Being a fixed bed there is plenty on room under in the back I can fit multiple amounts of gear
I have used it for wake boards and equipment
Also there is a brand new single fold out memory foam mattress stored under there still with plenty of room
The fold out fits in the main cab so can sleep 3+ bodies
After stripping out the van cleaning and inspecting
I began to sound proof and insulate
Dodo mat sound proofing
Wool insulation on the walls and Celotex in the roof
All wooden cladded for a nice comfy feel inside over the insulation
Painted with an anti condensation white paint
Very quiet and warm think I might of insulated too well as phone reception changes as you shut the door
Thick blackout blinds have been fitted to help with the insulation
It is well ventilated two Maxxfan deluxe units have been fitted for great air flow
Also sliding glass to side door helps keep things cool
Wood laminate flooring and rug under foot
Comes with Truma 4E Boiler and heater what pumps out the heat and hot water was very impressed by the performance
All tucked away under the bed controls next to the bed for ease of access
There’s a 350 watt solar panel fitted and bluetooth control box in the back
Running a huge leisure battery that has never let me down
As well as the solar there is a split charger so the van can charge the battery when running
But also the solar keeps the van battery fully charged
The boiler is run off LPG with a 30l underslung bottle fitted behind the spare wheel lasts a long time was surprised how little it uses
The LPG also fuels the oven (Thetford Caprice mk111) and hob I recon you could cook a full Sunday roast with it as its that big
The grill and over have never been used though as the hob was my main go to
There’s a 80l 12V fridge freeze (Dometic) that stays lovely and cold
Everything runs off of 12V but there is a 240v inverter that’s linked to a handy hide away plug unit with 3 plugs and usb chargers
Full size Belfast sink so plenty for room for washing up and extra storage on travels
All units are full size wood cabinets with oak worktop feels like a normal kitchen in a van so very nice to use
There’s a shower unit behind the drivers seat that can be used with the mixer tap from the sink nice to have so can be completely off grid
75 litre water storage in the back with an extra 10l storage in the boiler
An extra 80l tank is available if you want it for more storage
Lighting is 12V LED touch lights running though the centre of the living space never needed to use them all as very bright
Storage wise there is the free space under the bed
Storage box under the mattress and slide out unit to the side
Kitchen cupboards above sink and storage under
Seat and storage infront of bed with water proof liner
Small storage above passenger head all hidden behind curtains
Will be very sad to see the van go but needs must any question just ask
