Mercedes Sprinter LWB 2018 Panoramic rear lounge
The base vehicle being a Mercedes Sprinter LWB 311 first registered in September 2018, the vehicle having covered 131,000 miles and having just one previous owner. The vehicle has being fully maintained, drives without fault and has the benefit of the Euro 6 engine which is therefore ULEZ compatible, the vehicle has just been serviced and comes with a full years MOT with all advisories completed.
The vehicle drives faultlessly with no known issues. The vehicle bodywork is in overall excellent condition and tyres are all good with lots of tread remaining. The vehicle has two keys
The van has been left intentionally graphics free and comes without an awning however either can be fitted at an additional cost to the purchaser. The V5 continues to show the vehicle as a panel van, we are able to help in the application to change to Motor Caravan if needed. The vehicle has a certified weight of around 3000kg allowing a payload of 500 kg approximately and will be provided with a current gas safety certificate.
Conversion Description
In the cab.
You’ll find the normal Mercedes refinements in the new model Sprinter!. The seats and cab are in super condition, no tears or holes in fascia, cab mat is in particularly good condition and all features are in working order, windows, heat controls, lights etc. Keyless start, reversing and permanent rear view camera, Mercedes Benz MBUX Multimedia system with Android Auto, Apple CarPlay all working as it should. Multi-function steering wheel, with hands free calling, cruise control etc.
In the lounge.
The van is a two berth with two travelling seats, cabinetry and doors in “dusk blue” oak worktops and occasional table, and flooring in a hard wearing vinyl. Seating is be made up of quality 100mm foam with a light grey removable and washable fabric with nonslip backing and four complimentary cushions. This area will comfortably seat six or seven adults. The seating making a super sized bed of 2000mm x 1750mm by utilising the two table tops for the base. Lighting is provided by a range of touch sensitive and switched overhead, under cabinet and mood lighting and two reading lights with USB’s. A range of mains 240v and 12v sockets with USB’s are provided. Full warm air ducting to seating area with three outlets. Ventilation is provided by both an opening sky light to the front of the habitation area and a Maaxfan to the rear with temperature control and remote control, black out blinds and fly screen. All rear windows are 80% privacy glass meaning lots of light in but not able to easily view inside. Some windows include a fly screen and all have either complimentary black out roller blinds or black out curtains in a light grey fabric.
Storage is plentiful, over the cab, in the overhead cabinets, under the seats and in the kitchen cabinets.
The interior habitation area looks and smells like new, it is!
In the kitchen.
Full kitchen unit with cupboards, a drawer with cutlery tray, sealed gas locker, oak worktops, flip up worktop extension, pull out air fryer drawer for alfresco cooking! Also a Thetford double burner hob, sink and mixer tap with hose extension and a conveniently placed double socket. Refrigeration is provided by an 83L 12v compressor fridge with removable freezer compartment.
In the bathroom.
The bathroom is fitted with a Thetford electric flush toilet with cassette, shower tray, thermostatic shower valve, shower riser and shower curtain stored to the rear, a real ceramic basin with mixer tap and a Fiamma roof vent. Lighting is provided by a motion sensor light, so no searching for the light switch in the dark! Warm air ducting at low level for warmth and drying.
Power, heat & water.
The vehicle is equipped with a 200w solar panel with space and capacity to add an additional panel if you felt you needed to upgrade, 150amp hour AGM leisure battery, Renogy 2000w pure sine wave inverter, Renogy dc/dc charger and mains shore power battery charger with 240v hook up.
Power is distributed by a CBE 210 panel which monitors battery state, water levels, internal/external temperatures, water pump and the two exterior awning lights.
Space heating and water heating are provided by a Truma 2e combination boiler working off electric, gas or a mixed supply of both. A sealed gas cupboard containing gas regulator and security strap is located in the kitchen area, large enough for either a 13kg or 6kg propane gas bottle. (Bottle not included in sale)
Fresh (70L) and grey (52L) water tanks are located under the vehicle.
Warranty
We offer a twelve month return to base warranty on all workmanship and equipment fitted, however no warranty is offered on the vehicle.
