A lovingly handcrafted conversion built over a year, our comfy Sprinter has a large U-shaped seating area that converts to a large bed, with the fresh water tank & pumps under one seat, a storage area for BBQ, seats etc at the back and storage for bedding under the other seat. Plenty of further storage in the overhead lockers plus a large pull out larder for food and cupboards under the sink and hob for crockery and cleaning items.
The van is fully insulated on the floor, walls and ceiling with up to 50mm insulation board, and all panels have Dodo sound deadening sheets applied. The walls & ceiling are covered in pine cladding. There are two large windows at the rear of the van making it lovely and bright no matter what the weather and when the night comes the roll down curtains are insulated to keep the van nice and cosy. The sliding door also has a window, half of which slides open and another insulated curtain for that too.
All of the electrics are under the boot stool at the front of the van and the leisure batteries are under the double seat in the cab making the most of the space.
There is a full size wet room, with shower, Porta Potti and a black TAMdoûr sliding door.
The worktops & dining table are 22mm oak. The table is mounted onto a lagun table frame making it really flexible as the table can be moved in all directions. There is additional worktop that folds up next to the hob providing additional work space when needed.
There is a full size kitchen sink with half size draining board and mixer tap that has a hose. Two ring gas hob, and 91 litre fridge with ice box a full home away from home.
