I have bought it at 121,300 miles thus I have driven for just over of 8,000 miles, and currently just under 130,000 miles

Passed in first time with no issues and few minor advisories
No issues in 2023 MOT, only one tyre advisory, but replaced all 4 recently
Few issues and advisories in 2022 MOT (though I wasn’t the owner) – break pad related
Thus replaced all 4 wheel brake pads before next MOT in 2023
2023.11 – new break pads for all 4 wheels
2024.07 – new all season tyres for all 4 wheels
2024.08 – engine oil change, engine filter change, cabin filter change, engine filter change
2024.09 – new rear spring leafs (both sides)**
2024.10 – serviced in MB centre for airbag re-call, has brand new steering wheel cover with buttons**
Mechanically works and runs great, never had an issue even after staying in east Europe in winter in minus temperature, never failed to start.
No body damage, no “weird” noises, no rust, no electrical issues or dashboard warnings. All works great.

Basic model, thus doesn’t have any “fancy” features/extras.
No AC, but has cruise control.
Self-installed reverse camera.
Will leave phone holder and dashcam too (though needs SD card).

Recently updated/refurbished campervan. Originally converted including outside paintwork by the previous owner. I bought it in 2023 Feb, travelled for a year and slowly refurbished it over 6 months since Mar 2024.
Counters and cupboards have been built new to create more space;
New shoe box by the entrance, and another small storage box behind the driver seat;
New sliding waterproof shower curtain;
The inside shower has been re-sealed and re-coated;
All possible wood inside and out has been sanded, sealed and repainted with durable Farrow&Ball paint;
The rear doors are newly upholstered;
New seating cushions upholstered professionally by βUpholster Londonβ;
New table with Lagun Swivel System;
New floor vinyl;
New sink and waste, including new pipework underneath the van for grey water;
New Unistrut channels were installed for better solar panel fixing plus created extra space on a roof;
The roof was newly recoated as well;
Water, electric systems and gas have been stripped out and re-done;
Water system:
New Fiamma 70l freshwater tank (inside the van)
Shurflo pump and accumulator
Sediment/inline filter
New John Guest fittings
70l grey water tank underneath the van
Wale water heater (LPG)
Electrical system:
4x 120W solar panels
3x 130Ah Acid lead batteries (tested and still in great condition)

240V hook up only to the power unit to connect external devices. Doesn’t connect to the main system.
All electrical work actually has been professionally installed, tested and signed off (certificated) by Tiny Build Electrics at the end of July.

Minimal and not complicated set-up installed by professional.
Gasflow 2.8kg bottle, that sits in the gastight locker with regulator and vent;

Also comes with new baskets for storage (e.g. clothes) in the overhead storage, and few other extras. Has deadlocks on all 4 doors. The van is in really good condition as per pictures.
U shaped seating area that converts to bed (table top + 1 other piece go in middle), then 2 yellow cushions go in the middle. Once converted can easily sleep 2 to 3 people. Large double or small king size, roughly 200cm x 160cm. Good for tall people.
