We are selling our beloved Ruby the camper which we self converted in 2023.
A fully off grid medium wheel base sprinter with 106,258 miles on the original engine. The van runs smoothly and starts perfectly every time – she took us on a 4 month trip around Europe last summer visiting 14 different countries, and never skipped a beat!
The van was previously a removal van for a large company and had therefore been looked after very well. We bought it with partial service history and have all the paperwork for the work it’s had done since.
The van:
•Fully insulated walls, roof and floor throughout
•2 box seats with pull out table
•IKEA kitchen with vintage enamel sink which uses a simple switch tap mechanism, with 25l clean and dirty water tanks under the sink.
•2 burner gas hob – 4.5kg gas canister is stored underneath with a drop out vent.
•42l 12v compressor fridge with removable freezer (instruction manual included)
•Maxx air fan with remote control
•1 double mains/240v socket and 3 usb charging points. There are also 3 usb charging points in the light fixtures either side of the bed and above the box seat.
•Fixed double bed memory foam mattress. The bed measures 1.29m x 1.7m so may not be suitable for very tall people but could easily be converted into a pull out bed
•Lots of storage with a shelf and storage baskets over the driving cabin, overhead cabinets, pull out drawers from under the bed as well as a large garage space which fits 2 bikes, storage containers and more.
•Fixed safe

•Victron electrics system from Nohma. All instruction manuals included.
•2 x 150w solar panels with smart solar charge controllers
•2 x 100 amp batteries
•240 inverter with 1 double mains socket
•6 x 12v usb charging ports
•12v lighting including under cabinet lighting and dimmable lights by the bed
•AC to DC charger
•Bluetooth smart controllers which connect to your phone
