MITSUBISHI HOUSE TRUCK

This 3.5 ton mitsubishi fuso used to be a veg delivery truck in London. When i got it it was a curtain sider, it now has cedar clad external walls with 50mm insulation. the roof is the original fiberglass exterior with 75mm of insulation.

Beautiful wooden kitchen

Smev gas cooker with built in grill

90 litre fresh water tank with shurflo pump ( expensive one)

250 watt solar panel and small inverter

Full size kitchen sink

Hot water via rinnai gas water heater (not a cheap chinese one)

Queen size double bed above a huge storage area. (could be converted to a childs bed room?)

Large dining space with single leg table converts to a second double bed. (lots of storage under here)

Blue tooth amp with bose speakers and bass bin (sounds really good)

Bike rack on the back for 2 bikes.

Double yale locks on a very solid door keeps it feeling secure.

The truck itself is mechanically sound it has 114 k on the clock.

ts a tilt cab so is very easy to work on the engine if needs be.

12 months mot.

This conversion was done 3 years ago to a really high standard. it has proven to be great space to travel in even with a toddler on board. it has been down to portugal twice and was a joy to travel in.

I would love to hold on to this truck as i have great faith in the engine etc, and have put so much work into making it what is, But i need the money and must, reluctantly move on.
