Fiat Ducato 35 120 Multijet MWB
ONE YEAR MOT (no advisories) and Full service – due 15.11.2025. Some dents in the bodywork but doesn’t affect use. Weighed under 3 tonne so can drive on regular licence. 6 gears, lovely to drive. Full service and MOT history.
Lovingly planned and built by my husband and I so we could live in it for a time. Fully off grid, we have fitted a shore plug and cable, but have never connected it into the electrical system as never needed to. My husband is 6’2 and can stand upright inside. Fixed bed, 2 seats (one is the toile, one houses the heater with storage on top) with a pull out dining table. Plenty of storage in the kitchen, plus 2 large drawers that recess into the garage area, with a fold down hatch at the bottom with access straight into the garage. My husband wanted to be able to store and access his guitar from the living area. More storage above the bulkhead and above the bed. Ventilation and light is plentiful: a large privacy window in the sliding door; a small sliding window on the opposite side; a Fiamma fan vent above the hob (draw air in a suck out); and a Dometic dome vent at the back above the bed which you could open right up and stand through to get a view of what’s around you!

We sought advice from a gas engineer for how to house the gas safely, and got it checked by him afterwards, but not in an official capacity so no certificate. The only thing he said would need to change, was to have a smaller bottle. It’s Butane.
Full length double bed, but slightly narrower than standard. (190cm x 130cm)
