Ceiling has 5mm Closed cell foam insulation/deadening followed by 25mm celotex followed by another full layer of closed cell
Walls have closed cell foam followed by 50mm celotex then treated 25mm batton to frame the walls with a further 25mm celotex in between the batons
Floor has closed cell foam base then 25mm batton with 25mm celotex in between the base board is 12mm finished with sun bleached oak amtico flooring
Remaining voids and cavities are filled and insulated with recycled plastic loft insulation
Living area is a very comfortable custom made cushions which turns to a full size double bed with reading lights at ideal reaching height
Storage units above offer vast amount of locker space for bedding and clothing
The kitchen area had a twin gas stove a large sink with mixer tap and plenty of storage below with shelving
The toilet shower area is built around a thetford cassette toilet / shower tray unit with a mixer shower bar with high pressure
The water system is run via a Surflow pump and accumulator to ensure water pressure
The electrical system is a CBE PC210 which gives inside and outside temperature readings, battery levels and water tank capacities, the electrical system also includes a victron DC to DC split charger a Victron solar controller all running alongside 2 x 110amp leisure batteries, these are also chargeable from a 240v hook up connection on the side of the van, this hook up also runs 2 x double 240 plug sockets at the kitchen area
The heating and boiler system is a Truma 4E Combi with is fed from an underslug 16L LPG tank with a level readout based inside of the vehicle, this unit is also fed by 240v mains input for when electric hook up is available
The boiler has a water capacity of 10L so once it has reached temperature then 10L of hot water is achieved
There are 4 hot air outlets 3 in the living area and one in the shower room, ensuring the cubical is warm which means that the can double up as a drying room
There is a skylight in the shower and a skylight in the living area with an extractor fan built in
Lighting in the vehicle in 3 led downlight along the Center and plinth light along the bottom both on separate switches
Alongside the LPG tank is both a fresh water tank and a waste water tank both with drain taps along the bottom of the vehicle
