Nissan NV200 Camper Van Conversion - 1.5L 110hp

The conversion has a side bed layout. It makes great use of the space and means you can put your feet up and relax on the campsite without having to pull the bed out. There is also plenty of room for 2 people to lounge rather than sit bolt upright, like on a rock and roll bed layout. There is also the advantage of having space for a porta potti when the bed is pulled out.

The kitchen unit has a Dometic Smev 9722 Double hob with sink, as well as the gas locker (with gas dropout vent), water tank and storage shelves. The tambour roller door is ideal as it still gives you assess to the cupboard space when the bed is out, incase you forget something! There is an electric cool box fitted between the driver and passenger seat (but the original centre storage unit will be provided too). There is a table and table leg stored on the back of the kitchen unit which fits into the table base on the floor.

The bed pulls out and is a full 190cm long x 90cm wide, easily enough room for two if you don’t mind being cosy! There is vast storage under the bed, especially for the size of the van, including space for a portable toilet, with a door for easy access. The bed also hinges up in 2 parts to give access to the storage, which can also be accessed from the other sliding door. There is further storage in a small locker above the kitchen unit. The hooks on the back doors are a great place to hang coats and keep the out of the way.

There are 6 dimmable LED lights which are run off a power bank which can be charged as you drive along. This power bank has a built in inverter and also powers usb sockets for phone charging.

The vans is well insulated all over, including the doors, roof, walls and floor, and has a vapour barrier too. There is a thermal blackout curtain which separates living area from the cab. There is a fiamma 28cm opening roof vent and a side window, with black curtains, on the passenger sliding door.
