2.3L 35 Multijet Engine
62 plate, first registered 2013
Low mileage just under 117,000 miles
Parking sensors
Grabber all terrain tyres
Spare underslung grabber tyre
A few bumps and bruises on the bodywork as you’d expect for a 10 year old van.
No signs of rust.
Fully serviced within our ownership.
2 owners before us, one of which are the people who converted it.

We haven’t used him much this year so he’s been on our drive and waiting for an MOT which we have booked him in for. He’s also got a sticky clutch that we’ll sort out in order for you to test drive him and get him back on the road with a new lease of life.

Conversion Description

Like many other ads we see on here, we are having to reluctantly sell our well loved Fiat Ducato camper conversion. We bought the van after lockdown and have had some amazing adventures and good times but sadly we need to free up some cash and it’s time for “El Diablo” to continue his adventure with some new owners.

It’s a fully off-grid conversion with solar power and a heated shower (external). We bought him as a second hand professional conversion and have also put quite a bit of effort in to making our own improvements along the way. There is plenty of storage, including overhead storage above the cab, wall mounted cupboards, storage in the 2 box seats and a large “garage” area under the bed that can easily fit bikes or climbing mats or your adventure gear of choice! The box seats also convert into another single bed.
There’s a Thetford porta potty that sits in one of the seats and a gas powered heated shower fixed to the rear door. We fashioned a shower cubicle by hanging a couple of shower curtains across the back doors and the water tank holds enough for a couple of showers before needing to be refilled, you could always replace it with a bigger tank. He has solar power and has been perfect for stealthing through the UK and Europe as well as being able be off the beaten track with no amenities.

The kitchen
– Oak worktops
– Twin gas Hob
– 30L 12v fridge
– Copper sink and cold water tap
– 12L fresh water tank (internal)
– 12L waste water tank (internal)
– 12v shurflo water pump

The bed
– Small double foam mattress. Super comfy.
– Double duvet and fluffy blanket and throw pillows. I’m not sure what brand it is but it has kept me warm through winter nights no problem!

Living Space
– 2 fixed box seats (the cushions aren’t in the pictures but there are cushions)
– Pull out table
– Porta Potti stored inside one of the seats
– 1000/2000 watt Inverter stored in opposite seat with plenty of storage space
– Control panel for lights, fridge, water and shower is situated next to the table/bed
– 12v power socket and USB ports
– The control panel has one spare port and wiring in place to install a heater in the future (we’ve just never needed to)

Rear of the van
– large garage storage space
– two cupboards over the wheel arches with sliding doors for easy access. On the right there is the leisure battery and control unit for the solar power. On the left there is the water tank and gas bottle for the shower. Both these cupboards also have loads more space and anchor points to store additional things, in there we keep our levelling ramps, AA roadside kit, tools, awnings, fold away table and firepit, and all the toilet paper you can carry. Freeing up space in the middle for our 2 climbing crash pads and our bags.

Security
As I often stay in the van on my own, I installed some extra security on the inside of the van
– SolidFY drivers door concealed anti break-in panel
– SolidFY rear door internal security lock
– SolidFY side door internal security chain
– Garrison Locks pedal box
– The van has central locking on all doors except the rear door which can be locked manually from the outside.
– The rear doors also have a dead bolt

The specs
– 170Ah AGM leisure battery
– 120watt roof mounted solar panel and control unit
– ceiling mounted LED spot lights
– split charge relay
– 2 x Shurflo water pumps, one for the tap and one for the shower
– 30L 12v fridge
– 1000/2000 watt Inverter
– Camplux water heater for shower
– Twin gas hob
– 12v power socket and usb ports in living space
– new 12v power socket and usb charging ports in cab
– it hasn’t got mains hook-up. We’ve never needed it as the solar and split charge relay always give us enough juice, but the battery charger has a “power” setting and connectors attached to the battery so you could easily plug it in to mains if you did need some extra juice.
– 2 x 4.5kg calor gas butane bottles
– 4 new Grabber all terrain tyres
– 1 spare grabber tyre, underslung
– Thermal internal covers for windscreen and cab windows
– option to include practically new fixed Stitches and Steel awning rail and Stitches and steel tarp awning with 4 aluminium legs £300

He’ll be available for viewings immediately after getting his new MOT, hopefully not too long. Happy to answer any questions!

Beds Description

Fixed small double bed at the rear which comfortably sleeps 2 adults.
The seating area also comes with an additional piece so it can double as a single bed.
