This is my Ford Transit van that I self converted into a campervan and currently living in. I’ve lived in it for almost six months now and loved every minute. Only reason for selling is that I am taking a career break from work and going travelling. Small bits of decorating still needs to be done, mainly carpet on rear doors and a few small tidy up bits.
Campervan currently has:
– 2 openable side windows (currently covered in stickers and tape to block out light) with curtains
– Fixed double bed with a small double memory foam mattress,
– Sink with a high pressure water pump and 25l fresh water and 25l grey water tanks.
– 2 x 200 watt solar panels.
– 2 x 110ah AGM batteries (but been having issues with voltage drop so just bought a new 100ah Lithium LiPO4 battery which is waiting to be installed)
– 2000 watt inverter
– split charge relay to charge leisure batteries from engine
– 5kW diesel heater (very hot and cheap to run! It costs me about £15 a month to be very very warm) and remote control
– roof fan with intake and exhaust modes and remote control
– 12v fridge / freezer (cooler box style but runs excellently)
– plenty of storage
– soft seat at small table
– camping toilet (commode style, no liquids/chemicals, just cat litter)
– portable camping gas stove
– air fryer
– lots of USB-A and USB-C ports
– touch sensitive spot lights
– touch sensitive reading lights
– closed cell foam and recycled plastic bottle insulation
– CarLock GPS tracker (£8 a month)
Fixed double bed across rear
