We have owned the van for almost 3 years and have made sure to look after it properly. It was our full-time home for 2 years and has always run smoothly and been fully serviced every year. Engine in fantastic condition, just had the differential pressure sensor replaced and an engine inspection with Mercedes (April 2023). Also had a full service April 2023. Previous service in Feb 2022 with a Mercedes garage in Turkey replaced filters, break pads and software updates. Also fully serviced in August 2021, service history available as well as previous MOTs.
Body work in great condition with extensive rust prevention on base of van before conversion. A few chips to paint around the front of the van. The van hasn’t been in any accidents and has proved very reliable for us. We drove it to Turkey and back over a 6 month period and didn’t have any problems. The drive is very smooth, with added cruise control makes for a very comfortable drive. The conversion has been tried and tested while we have lived full time in the van so you can rest assured there will be no unexpected problems.
The huge benefit of the medium wheel base is that the van fits into a normal parking bay. It is easier to drive around busy towns/cities and park in supermarkets etc. While maintaining a comfortable living space, full size bed, kitchen and wardrobe. It’s adventure ready, we are only selling it as we have moved to London and aren’t able to use it as much as we would like.
The van has been weighed after completion but we weighed it fully laden (including people, luggage, full water and full gas and fuel tanks) and it was 3230kg – comfortably below the 3500kg limit. As this is the laden weight I have not included it in the weigh bridge section but the print out is available if you would like to see it.

Large L shape sofa pulls out to a double bed. The sofa cushions slide down to make the bed, the cushions were custom made with a memory foam topper and are very comfortable. The upholstery is still in great condition as we always kept it covered. The bed is 6ft long and just shy of a double in width (larger than a small double), it comfortably sleeps 2 adults and sometimes also a dog!
