– The van was originally bought for a family sign business, and they had it up until around 107K miles when I bought it and took it off the road to begin the conversion. The underside has been fully sealed from when it was originally ply lined and the minor dents have been rectified. The van is due a half spray which is likely to happen before the end of the month but can be viewed before this. I have taken photos throughout the process which I am more than happy to share and have also kept all receipts and manuals. The reason for the sale is an unexpected house move which requires the funds and will also take time away from being able to use the van.
Conversion Description
The conversion was completed by myself and my partner, to a high standard with premium materials used. It has been designed to be as lightweight as possible whilst not compromising on the spec. The van is fully capable of off-grid living and all gas and electrics have been installed and signed off by qualified engineers for which I can provide contact details and invoices along with photographs throughout. The original electrical specification was carried out by a well-renowned company who provided wiring diagrams, fuse calculations and all cables, fixings and other items used. The van has been tested to ensure all elements work but aside from that all elements are brand-new with receipts. The van floor was done using battens, Celotex boarding, 12mm ply and then heavy duty altro vinyl flooring. The walls and ceiling have been constructed with Dodo soundproof dead mats, Celotex boards and recycled plastic insulation and battens with vapour barrier on top before routered 6mm birch ply was fixed to the battens. The screws could easily be filled and the area painted if desired. The log of photos shows this process as well as all the wiring within conduit behind the vapour barrier.

The kitchen units contain 1 large cupboard, 1 drawer and 1 pantry cupboard. The other 2 cupboards contain the wastewater tank and the fridge. All cupboards are fitted with latches to stop opening when moving.
The units were cut and routered on a CNC machine out of marine grade ply with birch ply used for the doors. The handles are grey leather with brushed chrome fixings.
