VAN HISTORY & RELIABILITY
2013 Vauxhall Movano F3500 CDTI 100 – L3H2 (long wheel base). A campervan converted by a former boat builder. It comes with two folders with manual, invoices and history etc.

Just MOT’d and fully serviced. No issues and no major issues in previous MOT history. Next MOT due April 2025. A very reliable engine.

Rear view camera for parking, and comfortable leather captain seats. Happy for RAC inspection, we have our own RAC report (April 2021).

WEIGHT OF VAN
3070kg at weigh bridge but included 3/4 tank of fresh water, nearly a full tank of diesel and all our gear! So the weight of the van is a lot less than 3070kg. Can provide certificate.

POWER/LIGHTS
110 amp fully off grid leisure battery provides a 12V supply for lights, water pump, stove igniter and 12v charging sockets. A Sargent EC115 power supply unit in cupboard which handles all 240v and 12v circuits and battery charging. 240v hook up for on-site power with 2 charging hook up cables (10 and 25m) and adapters.

Inside van, 4 x 240v sockets, 2x 12v sockets (plus 2 in driving cabin which run off vehicle battery when driving) and 2x USB sockets. 6 x LED down lights throughout the van, plus 1 x LED light in bathroom. In the ceiling are 2 x Dometic Heki roof lights which can be fully opened and have fly screens and black out blinds – one is above the dinette, and one is above the rear double bed.

WINDOWS – fly screens & blackout blinds throughout.
The campervan is light and airy due to additional windows – 2x Dometic Windows in the dinette area and 2x Dometic Windows in the rear doors by the double bed. All windows (roof, rear & sides) can be opened and have built in black out blinds and fly screens.

GAS
Gas supply is via a 13 litre Calor Canister contained within a very sturdy fibreglass lay up store cupboard. This cupboard is only accessible from outside the vehicle and is fitted with a gas drop-out. This is completely separate from the habitation area for safety, and gas taps are inside the van to control flow of gas to the fridge freezer, cooker and hot water (another safety feature). The van is fitted with a carbon monoxide detector. The van will be sold with the gas canister in place which is currently a third full.

WATER & HEATING
The van has hot and cold pressurised water with a huge 90 litre underslung fresh water tank, and a 75 litre underslung grey water tank which can be emptied via an external tap at the base of the van. Most campsites have a grilled drain which you can drive over and then open the tap. This ensures you don’t carry the weight of grey waste when motoring to your next destination. The fresh water filling point is on the outside of the van with a monitor inside the van to help you manage water tank levels. The hot water and heating is provided by a Truma Combi heater that works on either gas or 240v electric. Heating in the van is provided by the combi heater that provides hot blown air throughout the van via air vents.

OFF GRID LIVING
With the combination of leisure battery and gas supply, a generous fresh water tank, and the toilet and shower, the van allows for the flexibility of off grid living as well as the conventional hook up at powered camp site. We have enjoyed having the freedom to roam visiting some beautiful, more isolated locations where being able to live off grid has been one of the many design benefits of the van.

DINING AREA
The driver and passenger captain chairs can rotate to face the dining area and the dinette table is removable if desired. The bench Seat in the dining area has twobelted seats thereby allowing four people to legally travel in the van. With the two large Dometic windows and the sky light, the dining area of the van has lots of natural light with a good air flow.

BATHROOM
The van has a custom built fully fibreglass, seamless, waterproof bathroom. There is an opening roof hatch which provides a source of ventilation and additional light, in addition to the LED roof light. The bathroom contains a Thetford Cassette chemical toilet with external access to the waste cassette. There is a spacious shower and a fold away hand basin. The van is being sold with a supply of toilet fluids.

KITCHEN
The galley is equipped with a Thetford Spinflo Triplex 3 burner hob (3 gas rings) and spacious oven. There is a glass covered washing up sink and tap, and a Dometic 3-way fridge with small freezing compartment. The fridge runs off 240v or gas, or the vehicle’s 12v system when driving. There is plenty of storage cupboards/drawer in the kitchen and storage baskets on the shelves under the fridge.

INCLUDED IN SALE: kitchen equipment including a 12v toaster, and a hob kettle, cups, plates, bowls. All in excellent condition.

BEDs
1. Main double bed.
2. Double sleeping pod in the awning.

1. The main bed is a double, the height of which could be lowered depending on use of space in the rear. We have it set up so the double bed is raised to provide a huge garage space underneath.

The double mattress is a custom, professionally made fully sprung mattress, 22cm/8.6” deep. It is in excellent condition, no wear or tear. A mattress protector has always been used. It provides a very comfortable nights sleep. Removable fabric headboard.

Bedroom storage: There are 2x cupboards at the end of the double bed which we use for clothing storage, plus there are two additional cupboards between the bathroom and the bed. TV ariel connection above the bed.

GARAGE SPACE
Underneath the double bed as mentioned is a huge space which is very versatile. It has a removable shelf under which there is additional storage. (This shelf and the three cross bars supporting it easily slot out if you require just one large open garage.) We have used this space for additional sleeping, storage of sports equipment including paddle boards, an inflatable boat and bikes, as well as camping equipment. See photos.

AWNINGS
The van has two types of awning included in the sale:

1. A full length Fiamma F65 awning is mounted to the outside of the van which is perfect for quickly deploying a large area of cover during a more temporary stop. This is deployed using a winding handle and provides shelter from sun or rain. See photos.

2. A Kampa Dometic Motorhome Rally Air Pro 3 awning allows for more permanent outside space. It slots into the unfurled Fiamma awning and is put up in less than 10 mins via an air pump that takes around 2 minutes to inflate. It provides a versatile space with doors and windows that fully open complete with breathable ground carpet and curtains and electric hook-up. Its a great space, full of natural light, providing additional sleeping, storage and leisure space. See photos.

Sleeping pod/ additional storage: The Kampa awning has an integral double sleeping pod at the end of the awning.
