Vauxhall Vivaro CDTI 115 LWB High Top
Hello and thanks for looking at our 2012 Vauxhall Vivaro camper. The van is a LWB high top 1995cc 115bhp diesel which has been serviced by myself and a local garage over the years. New brake discs and pads about 4000 miles ago. It has uprated speakers in the front which pack a punch. Itโs sitting on Michelin agilis cross climate tyres which are incredibly good and rated for winter use. It has uprated headlights and side lights too. We got the side window put in professionally and makes a big difference driving and being in the back. The van itself only has 1 owner before us I believe and we bought it with about 60,000 miles and it now has 120,000 and the body work is pretty good for its age, there is one dent in the back door that has been resprayed and the rear bumper has had one tiny knock but hardly noticeable. It drives very nicely, pulls well and didnโt skip a beat on our recent 2000 mile trip around Scotland. I have tried to do oil and filters every 10,000 miles and have take it to our local garage for a few services as well, the last of which was in February 2023 and this week (20/06/2023) it has just had a new MAP sensor and new turbo pressure converter valve.The LWB high tops are perfect as you can fit in any parking spaces, get down the smaller lanes and stand up inside. We completed the conversion ourselves after selling our first van so we were sure of what we wanted! The van is insulated with 25mm insulation in the ceiling and floor and 50mm insulation on the walls. It has a vapour barrier all round too. A new 85amp hour sealed leisure battery was installed in May 2023. The leisure battery is charged by a durite split charge relay off of the main battery, a 30w solar panel and hook up if needed but we havenโt ever needed to! There is a small 300w inverter as well which we charge the laptop with. There is a 25 litre fresh water tank and a 10 litre grey water tank. A Thetford cube chemical toilet fits perfectly under the grey tank. There are 2 water pumps; one supplies the kitchen tap and has an inline filter and the other supplies a hose out of the back of the van for washing down wetsuits/yourself! LED lights throughout and 12v and usb charging points in the back too. To keep you warm there is a Chinese 5kw diesel night heater which has kept us warm year round. The foam cushions were professionally upholstered and are a tough but soft dark grey fabric. The double passenger seat is on a swivel base which really opens up the cab. The glass top hobs are run off a camapingaz 901 cylinder which is next to the toilet. The fridge is an alpicool compressor fridge which has a temperature range of -20 to +20 degrees and draws very little power and most importantly fits a bottle of wine in. The van has a handy swivel table too that fits in the rear door when we sleep. Externally I fitted a tow bar, roof bars and a bonnet bra and some side stickers.
