Ex parcel force delivery vehicle, means it has some bumps along the outer panels but was extremely well maintained mechanically. Already been to 20 countries, over 15,000 miles since we bought it with no issues. All rust was completely removed (minor) and treated prior to painting it. I have photos to document the entire condition prior to conversion as well as steps taken during.
The van was converted specifically for permanent living or extended European trips, which is what we have done (we have taken her from Romania to Norway to Switzerland). It is set up for off grid living for over a week at a time. Specs of electrical, plumbing and gas set up are top of the line. The battery will last over a week or usage without sun, cable hook up, or driving (any of which charge it up). The gas system lasts 10+ weeks between fill ups in the summer (4+ weeks in winter). The water system lasts 7-10 days depending on how economical you are. This van qualifies for rent on quirky campers, where it can make thousands per year, depending on location and personal usage.
