The bodywork is pretty good for a van that is 16 years old, a few little dents and a bit of trim missing but no rust. engine wise i have never had any problems.. its a strong engine that always starts first time, never misses a beat! I’ve always had her serviced when i have the MOTs done.

Very sad to sell, have had some fantastic adventure memories with my daughter in ORN, but having to sell due to no longer living in it, and my job as an artist & market trader requires me to have a practically empty van.
Converted by me & my daughters Italian family, including a joiner & carpenter.
BED:
The double bed is on a winch system, to make full use of all the space. Under the bed is a large D bench seating area with huge storage compartments, electrics and a small bath. The bed is a standard double. (you will need a replacement double mattress, as i will be taking this, as its been well used)
12v car socket for use when in bed.
Above the cab is a large single bed sized area, lined with vintage green velvet, well insulated and dry, or useful for storage.
Sky light above the bed with 12v fan, insulation panel to fit in at night time for black out.
Beautiful vintage Laura Ashley curtains with thick felt lining across the door and window for insulation and total black out.
BATH: Medium sit up Bath Tub, able to take most adults and perfect for children. The tap from the sink is on a hose and reaches to the bath with a holder for ease of use.
Heated water from the TRUMA 10L water heater.
TOILET:
A compost loo with separator seat is tucked under another bank of benches, not covered by the bed, for use all the time. The box is fully removable with handles for easy emptying or use outside of the vehicle.
KITCHEN: The kitchen has a bespoke Cedar worktop and plenty of storage for all the accoutrements!
Full size kitchen sink, 4 ring gas hob cooker, gas oven & grill, taken from a caravan brand new and the oven barely used since. Large compartment for storage below the oven.
Fridge is 3 way, 12V, 240V & Gas, decent size.
10L Truma ultra store water heater- gas or 240v. under the sink.
Plenty of storage that keeps everything secured when travelling
Space for 2 x 7kg propane bottles outside of the van, secured safely in a box. Ability to hook up both bottles to ensure never running out!

This van has been used and lived in, the oak flooring is scratched up a bit and there is general wear and tear, but clean and ready for more adventures, Every things in working order. I have touched up paint, replaced a skylight, resealed the outside and varnished the front porch with yacht varnish. Generally in really good nick.
