Peugeot Boxer L4 H3 – OFF GRID CAMPER

Welcome to my listing for this much loved Camper Van. This has been a real labour of love, with no expense spared to achieve this amazing off grid camper.

To begin with the van itself has the following:

· Only 36,000 miles on the clock and just serviced before sale.

· 9 months MOT

· Full Service History and new full service prior to sale

This van starts, drives, stops exactly as it should.

EXTERIOR

The Van is in very good condition and not just your standard “White” van – Tinted Van pimp windows all round sets the look off – which really do help when parked up and enjoying the views. No expense spared with the Rhino Roof rack and ladder system fixed over the 6 x 100 Watt solar panels. The roof rack that’s never been used but provides a huge area for all your spotting/luggage needs. Will take most surfboards and kayaks with ease.

The solar panels really do pull in an enormous amount of energy and can be set to an app on your mobile to monitor any time the energy and levels of your leisure battery etc (its really quite addictive).

On the roof we also have a Max air Fan which can draw in or pull air out of the van, all remote controlled and an additional Sky light at the rear near the bed areas for extra comfort.

On the side of the van there is a Fiamma F45 4m Awning which rolls out effortlessly and is an absolute must on those hot sunny days when you need some relief.

The van stands on brand new (fitted this week) Cobra 16” load rated alloys with all terrain tyres that will pull you out of any wet fields and are huge bonus in winter conditions. They are fully balanced and aligned and is really set of by the full length Unique graphics which are always getting comments and head turns.

Hidden out of the way under the van are the following:

· Brand new fully adjustable rear air suspension which gives a beautiful ride and adjustable from inside

· 30 litre Underslung LPG

· 120 litre fresh water tank

· 60 litre waste tank

All fixed with internal sensors so you can monitor from the comfort of your van.

On the side of the van is an external shower which is just amazing after those muddy walks or sandy days on the beach, you can easily rinse down without making any mess in the van. A real asset and its actually quite hard to believe how we would cope without this.

Easy access is also available externally to the:

· 240 hook up

· Water filling

· LPG Filler Connector

There is a high level Reversing Camera too which provides a huge visual scope and really makes parking effortless.

INTERIOR

· 600 watts solar with 60 amp mppt controller with Bluetooth

· 2000 watt inverter to power 4 240v sockets.

· 2x 100 amp lithium batteries with Bluetooth

· App for mobile to monitor the solar in put and battery levels.

· 4 plug sockets strategically located around the van.

· More usb’s than I dare to count. Usb c socket for laptops and Ipads.

· Even separate charging station for travellers in the rear passenger for portable dvds laptop phones etc.

· All the lights in the van are touch lights given greater flexibility.

· Gas leak alarm with sopheric detection (knock out gas)

· Light in garage space

· Large cargo space at front above seats for majority of luggage.

· Tassimo Coffee machine.

· Plumbing/Heating/Cooling

· Max air fan that is thermostat and remote controlled can blow air in or out.

· Sky light above the bed for ventilation.

· Shurflo pump with expansion chamber to give constant water pressure.

· Trauma 4e Combi boiler – Can provide electric heating and hot water when connected to 240 hook up or run on lpg when off grid. When running on gas the water is hot in very little time. The heating outlets are front middle and rear which heat the whole van in a very short time. Thermostatically controlled for comfort through the night in winter time

· Large boot as seen in photos in addition to the large cabin storage above seats. Also storage beneath u shaped seating.

Kitchen

· Quality deep sink and tap with extendable hose.

· Tethford gas hob with 2 rings

· Smad air absorption fridge which is silent running unlike gas fridge.

· Large storage areas beneath and above for kettle pots and pans etc

Shower

· Expensive Tamdour door to provide smooth and space saving access

· Wet room light weight shower panels smooth and easy to clean.

· Black shower head and taps. (no water marks).

· Heating input and extractor fan we did this to create a drying room for wetsuits or for simply drying the shower after use.
Thetford toilet

Sleeping/Seating

· Small fixed double bed above seating area with ladder for access.

· The U shaped seating area with swivel table and the swivel table makes getting in and out effortlessly. Swivel table simply drops down to make a 5ft wide double bed. (extremely comfortable) Can easily sleep 3.

· All the front seats swivel and so an extra bed can be made up at the front. Or hammock across the door cards would be an easy addition.

· 5 Belted and professionally fitted seats.

Furnishings

· Kiravan Curtains through out to give privacy,

· Shelving and storage everywhere. Cargo nets a plenty. Stripped tongue and groove cladding that is extremely light but looks quality.

· Vinyl flooring for easy cleaning.

Structural

We have used lightweight ply to keep the weight down. Also need to mention that a lot of Kingspan insulation has gone into this van. The floor, roof and walls are fully insulated to give both warm and cool properties. Even the rear doors and side loading doors have been fully insulated. All the panels have also been sound deadened to created a quiet ride.

The electrical equipment and hub is located under one seat for ease of access, Plumbing and second fuse board is located under another seat.

Steel beams were used in the bed frame and are extremely strong.
