Peugeot Boxer Campervan

The conversion was completed by North Bound Campervans in December 2022 to a very high standard. We have been converting campervans for 5 years to a very high standard.

The van comes fully furnished with everything you need to get away on your first adventure; mattresses, fridge freezer, 5kw diesel heater, and new gas bottle

Our 3 berth LWB is the ultimate couple and small family van with 3 seats in the front and 3 berth in the back while maintaining our clean and spacious layout.

The Build:

The van was thoroughly cleaned before we began the 3 layers of insulation.
Firstly we installed a 5mm layer of high quality bubble foil insulation. This material retains 95% of the residual heat in the van.

Second, a 25 mm insulation board is fitted to the walls and ceilings and any gaps.

Finally, another layer of 5mm bubble foil was added and sealed with more foil tape to give a 3 stage insulation to keep the van toasty even in the depths of winter.

Electrics

The electrics are powered by a high quality 120 amp cycle leisure battery or through 240v mains hookup.
The battery can be charged from either the split charge system that includes a heavy duty smart relay or will charge from the battery charger when on mains hookup. There is an LED display voltmeter so you can keep a close eye on your power consumption and never have to worry whether you are running low on charge or not. There is also a switch panel which controls power to the fridge and water pump. Everything has been individually fused for ease of maintenance.
