Peugeot Boxer Professional L2H2
Selling my part-converted Peugeot Boxer L2H2 2020 professional campervan
Iβve just bought my first house and the van is at the bottom of a long list of priorities. Iβd rather free up the cash to do renovations and not pay for the tax/insurance for it to sit on the driveway!
Key van facts:
β L2H2 (so can stand up, and fits in a normal car space β just!)
β Just over 61k miles
β Part service history (see the breakdown in history below, Iβve read the dates/mileage from the receipts that will come with it)
β Just had new brake pads on all wheels installed (which was advisory on MOT) and is booked for an MOT on Monday (March 24th) so will come with a fresh MOT with no advisories
β Professional version (so has aircon, satnav, cruise control, reversing sensors etc)
β BF Goodrich Al-Terrain T/A tires
β Swivel seats (both seats swivel and are professionally installed) Β£250 + Β£140 installation
β Amazing reversing camera (magnetic mounted) Β£270 (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0B871TDB7?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_2 + magnetic mount)
β Milenco window covers Β£85
History of the van:
β 24/03/2025: MOT TBC
β 21/03/2025: replacing of front & rear brake pads and discs
β 18/02/2025: MOT
β 10/12/2024: Full service (61,058 miles)
β 22/02/2024: Full service (56,868 miles)
β 13/02/2024: I bought the van
β 31/01/2024: MOT
β 11/01/2023: Full service (42,449 miles)
β 12/05/2022: Full service (25,538 miles): Previous owner purchased here (was full services by the dealer). The previous owner had also used it as a campervan but had only put the floor in and a bed that was high enough to fit bikes underneath and had never got around to doing anything else (despite having it for 30k miles!). I removed the bed (to lower it to where it is) and replaced the floor with altro flooring (which I preferred and is harder wearing)
For the conversion done so far:
β Electrics
β New acid leisure battery Β£227
β Trickle charger (i.e. plug this into 240v power source to charge the leisure battery)
β Charging port on van (i.e. the normal camper van mains hookup cable) that is wired into a fuse box and a normal UK socket (can plug the trickle charger into it, or anything you want really!)
β DC/DC charger (i.e. the leisure battery charges while driving from the van alternator)
β Isolator switch (for safety if you need to turn off electrics immediately and also if youβre not using the van)
β I have an inverter in a bag (came with the kit but I removed because I never used it)
β Maxfan (delux with remote) Β£300 + Β£250 installation
β Autoterm diesel heater (professional installed piped into the van tank) Β£765 + Β£450 installation
β Altro flooring (coal variety) Β£175
β Thermal quilted cab divider Β£325 (https://www.yakkt.com/product/quilted-cab-divider-crafter-man-boxer-ducato-relay/)
β 2 x bonded campervan sliding tinted windows
Some details of whatβs been done:
β Ceiling
β dodo thermal liner against the van roof (to prevent condensation when hot air hits the cold roof)
β 25mm kingspan PIR board
β 6mm plywood + carpeted
β Framing is riveted into the roof beams (with hammermite rust protection primer and 2 x white coats)
β Side walls insulation is recycled plastic. I wanted something safe, breathable, not flammable and flexible that didnβt squeak. Itβs been lightly spray adhesived on so you can remove if youβd prefer something else
β For the bed there is a 1 by 4 plank on each side fixed onto the van beam with m8 rivets. The bedframe is attached to the wood and is ikea skorva beam with the ikea double bed slats. Itβs a full double and we use a double mattress in there
Be aware: β¨
β There is slight surface damage to the sliding door plastic trim
β The drivers side wing mirror got damaged. Iβve just taped it up and forgot about it but so youβre not surprised
Please ask any questions you have and a vehicle inspection is welcome
Fixed bed built with ikea skorva beams into wood thatβs riverted into the van side beam. Can come with a full size double memory foam mattress if youβd like a used one
