Peugeot Boxer L3H2
THE CONVERSION
This conversion has been a labour of love that has taken me 3 years to complete – it certainly has not been rushed, and nothing has been skimped on. The captains seats are comfortable, the drive is smooth, the sofa/ bed is a good size and excellent quality foam has been used to ensure a great night’s sleep. The van is warm and cosy in cold weather, and been well insulated to keep the worst of the summer heat out. The kitchen is really spacious and has a lot of storage. The fridge is a good size so no need to go shopping every day. The bathroom at the rear gives privacy and the possibility of a lovely view. The camper has a lovely warm homely feel, and is so light, airy and spacious. A strange thing to claim about this small home on wheels but it doesn’t feel cramped. You could comfortably stay off grid in her for 5 days, and even then it’s really only your water consumption that limits your time.
This is a brand new conversion and everything in the van is new, never been used except for testing purposes.
THE VAN:
The van itself is practically new. I purchased it when it was just 2 years old with little over 9,000 miles on the clock and in perfect condition. I have spent the last 3 years converting it to the van you see today, hence why it still has so few miles on the clock – just under 9,700. It is in outstanding condition and mechanically faultless, as you would expect from a 9,000 mile van. I have serviced it, replaced the oil and fitted new filters, and it passed it’s MOT in April with no advisories. The engine is sweet and she is a total joy to drive – she puts a smile on my face.
It is the Professional model, top of the range, so comes with air con, touch screen sat nav and music system.
A full Habitation check has been completed in May 2021, to give you peace of mind that all the work including gas and electrics have been done to the best and safest standard.

The shower floor is fitted with Altro safety anti slip flooring, and this is enclosed with a cream sliding tambour door. The shower is fitted with 2 drains in the floor ensuring water pours away even if the van isn’t level.
A Thetford C200 CS electric flush toilet with swivel seat is fitted, separate to the shower. The sink is made of bamboo and has a chrome mixer tap over.
