Camper conversion for 2 people, with cooker, sink, hobs and fridge. Private toilet.

Inside – 3 forward facing seats and a rear seating/dinette that converts to a comfortable 4ft x 6ft bed with storage under.
All lighting and a radio, with Bluetooth, is 12v from the leisure battery and USB ports. When electrical hook up is in place there are 2 of 3pin 240V plug sockets.

There is a separate washroom with a Thetford cassette toilet with basin over. Cooking on a 2 gas ring hob, a gas oven/grill and there is a sink. The fridge is 2 way (12V (leisure) and gas. Fridge is currently connected to gas for off grid camping.

There is a lot of storage including over the cabin and a half height wardrobe unit. Very spacious.

The 30 L water and 35 L waste water tanks are filled/emptied from outside and the cold water only taps are on microswitches. Water tank had three way valve to enable it to be emptied.

Outside – there is a reversing camera which activates when reverse is selected. A manual battery isolator/relay switch is fitted on the dashboard to charge the leisure battery from the vehicle, avoid draining the vehicle battery or overcharging leisure battery.

A vented compartment for the LPG bottle is accessed from the open side door, gas currently connected to the hob and oven grill and fridge. 3 isolation switch’s for each of these appliances. CO2 detector is installed and a roof vent.

Sleeping – the vehicle has insulation and internal loose thermal blinds are included in the price to put over the cab and side windows. The cushions that convert into the bed are deep memory foam. The rear bed layout means the kitchen area, toilet and basin are still accessible when the bed is out.

Vehicle has small areas of rust on the body.
